This was an excellent trip and the location was very convenient to get to the bus stop for getting to the subway. My only negative comment would be the bathroom situation for older guests with mobility issues. The bathrooms were upstairs and in the basement, but not a big deal visitors just need to understand the location. Overall very happy with stay and with the host.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and it worked out perfectly for our family during a very special graduation weekend in DC.Having a comfortable place to come back to at the end of busy days made the weekend much more enjoyable and relaxing. The location was great, the house had everything we needed, and the overall experience was easy from start to finish.

Nice & close to DC, that was good. Hard to sleep downstairs with people walking upstairs - very loud old floors. Drywall, trim and utility problems visible.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maggie's Arlington home. Communication, check-in, and check-out were excellent. The home was conveniently located near the freeway which made it easy to drive into Washington DC. We really enjoyed the modern kitchen. It was clean and well stocked which made preparing a few simple meals a breeze. The sun room and outdoor space were also great for relaxing. The home was cozy and just the right size for our family of four.
