Enjoy majestic views of Lincoln Peak from the living and dining areas and unwind with sunset cocktails on the deck. The top-floor primary suite features a luxurious spa tub with jets, a double vanity, and a glass shower, while both bathrooms offer radiant heated floors for added comfort. The versatile loft space can be used as an extra bedroom, WFH office, yoga area, or play space.

As a guest at the Bridges Resort, you can access fantastic amenities, including three swimming pools, a hot tub, saunas, a fitness center, tennis courts, a game room, gas grills, and a firepit. The resort is conveniently located less than 0.75 miles from the base of Sugarbush Resort, with a free shuttle bus stop just steps away. Additionally, you'll be within close proximity to the Sugarbush Resort Golf Club and the Mad River Glen Ski Area, offering endless opportunities for outdoor adventures.

Whether you're a skier, hiker, biker, or tennis enthusiast, this condo provides a year-round wonderland for all. Enjoy quick and easy mountain access via the Madbus shuttle or a short walk/drive to the slopes. After a day of outdoor activities, relax in the outdoor heated pools, indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, or BBQ areas at the resort. With 10 outdoor Har-tru tennis courts, two indoor courts, and various recreational facilities, there's no shortage of entertainment options.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
