The house was great; plenty of space and bathrooms! It comes in handy with loads of kids. There were some challenges. It seemed we were the first to rent the property, as the weather was breaking. We stayed during Spring Break. Several of the appliances needed attention; the oven didn't reach the true temperature, the dryer took several runs to dry the clothes, the grill was filthy and smelled of extremely old grease. There needed to be a thorough check before we checked in. This may not be a problem, if you rent in season. Finally, bring all that you need. With the exception of kitchen needs (pots, pans, flatware, mugs and dishes), there is hardly anything. Not sure if this is standard, but our first experience like that at Vrbo. Bring wash clothes, dish rags, cleaning products, a mop and a dustpan, etc.
