Welcome to our newly renovated two-bedroom suite on the ground floor of a two-story house, with a private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen, and in-suite washer & dryer. Just a 6-minute drive to UVIC. Public transit within 200m and free parking available.

Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, desk, and brand new ergonomic swivel chair, ensuring you have comfort and functionality.

The modern bathroom with a hair dryer and in-suite laundry (washer and dryer) provide all the essentials for your stay.

The house is equipped with a central heat pump system, ensuring year-round comfort with both cooling in summer and heating in winter.

We welcome small, well-behaved pets! A pet fee applies. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

We provide paid EV charging via a Tesla Wall Connector (NACS/Tesla compatible vehicles only).

The suite was tidy and well organized. Great neighborhood for walking around to explore nearby beaches and parks. The hosts are kind and responded quickly to any questions and concerns. We stayed here for two nights with our dog. It was as described in the listing and photos. A no frills place to lay your head at the end of the day during a quick trip to Victoria.
