Two bedrooms, plus office (or 3rd bedroom, queen), 2 full bathrooms. Outdoor heated Pool next to building overlooking the picturesque Harbor & Marina. Grand Harbor lifestyle at it’s best, Grand HarborTennis/Social/Beach Club membership included in the booking fees on your VRBO booking - Grand Harbor Club account and membership transfer fee ( $115/month) charged to your Grand Harbor club account. Grand Harbor is a gated, full time security and and exclusive community. Guests must abide by Grand Harbor and Harbor Village rules and regulations including completion of applications ($75 fee to Management Co.) and house rules including: no pets, no smokers.
