Just the right size for the 2 of us. Location is perfect! We love being close to Pierpont Blvd and easy walk to the beach. Wish we had taken advantage of the bicycles as they looked like a nice ride.

The little beach house was exactly what we were looking for. A block from the ocean, nice beach! Starbucks and Vons close enough to walk. Enjoyed our stay!

Quaint, well supplied, and great location

Great place! Both the indoor and outdoor areas are nice. The French doors and screen are particularly nice when the weather is good. Loved being so close to the beach as well as downtown Ventura. For the size of the place it was very well supplied and we appreciated the beach supplies offered.

Great place to stay

This place was so great. The location is excellent. The place itself is super cute and stocked with almost everything we needed. It felt bigger than it was due to the usable outside space with the firepit and dining table. Absolotely loved it and the family had an amazing time. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. 5 stars.

Wonderful getaway place in Ventura CA

Thanks to this property, we had a wonderful time staying in Ventura, CA. The property was close to the grocery store, Starbucks, and interstate. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Also, there were two bikes and surfboards, which was awesome. My family enjoyed the stay and was very grateful.

Perfect Little place

This rental was perfect for my spouse and I. It is walking distance to several restaurants and the beach, but also very close to the major highway to get to other places. It has a well-stocked kitchen if you want to make meals. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space because of the weather but it looked like such a great space. Would highly recommend this rental.

CLOSE to the beach and great location

My family of 4 stayed in this one bedroom condo & really enjoyed its location! There are decent restaurants within walking distance for eat in or better yet - take out and dine at the beach which is onlly 1/2 a block from the unit! A sunset dinner on the beach is unforgetable! If you want to cook - the Kitchen and living room feels roomy and the stove and oven both work great with ample pots/pans, etc. Note there is no dishwasher (so bring a teenager!) An alternative to dining at the beach, takeout dining on the Patio is a decent option as it is private as it could be surrounded by two-story homes - a unique feature that we found very welcome. Again, my family really enjoyed staying here. Maxcy was great! She brought us a few more beach towels & helped troubleshoot the locked door.. Vons (the grocery store) closes early (7pm) but if you're willing to drive about 8 mins, I'd recommend the WinCo for more selection and better pricing. Everything was clean and the pictures well represented the condo!

Ventura Hideaway

I stayed 7 nights in this one bedroom condo with lots of natural light and fresh air. Kitchen and living room share an open-air design so it feels roomy. Was able to stream football fairly well on the Smart TV. No CD/DVD/Blu-ray/4K player. Under microwave light bulb was out which I usually use as a night light. Oven light worked and they provided another night light. Patio was as private as it could be surrounded by two-story homes - a unique feature that I found very welcome. I really enjoyed staying here. I’m used to a stainless steel coffee carafes and broke their glass one. Maxcy was great! She worked fast to order a new carafe and lent me a coffee press in the interim. Two things I didn’t like: 1-The pathway along the garage to access the condo involved dodging vines, some with thorns, growing out from the fence on the left. Then the gas meter at the end forces you left into an outgrowth. 2-The toilet is the small round-bowl type but the seat further reduced the opening to only 9-3/4” - almost unusable for my 6’3” frame. The beach is a short half-block down the alley with long walks in either direction. This and my thermos made everything perfect!

Great beach location

Comfortable, had everything we needed. Meals on the outside private patio. Just minutes from Channel Island ferry which we were taking twice, kayaking one day and hiking another. Beach right at the end of the street… walked a few blocks down for great tacos and used the beach chairs for sunset.

Great location! 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and cozy and had everything we needed including bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards. Well written detailed instructions and really good communication. Great rental!

Absolutely loved our stay at this little home!

Great location, everything we needed for our two week stay. We saw gorgeous sunsets every evening snd loved having a glass of wine around the fire. Amenities we outstanding. Can not wait to come back this Fall!!!!
