Great Vail Location

Clean and comfortable, and a great place for families. Quiet, we never heard anyone else in neighboring condos. Kitchen well stocked with quality utensils, pots, pans, sharp knives, etc. Bus stop just outside the property is easy, convenient, on-time. One of the first bus stops, there's always a seat inbound even at peak morning ski time.

Convenient and comfortable

We were 2 adult couples and this was a good accommodation for us. We only booked a few days before our stay began so that was a plus for us. The 2 flights of stairs are a little tough after a full day of skiing and taking the steps at the transportation center as well. My husband and I are in our mid 70’s but consider it a good workout and a check on our fitness level. The 2nd bath in the hall, which we used is a little on the small side, though it does have a nice jetted tub. Unit was comfortable and well equipped, convenient to the bus stop and serene back yard view. Would be really nice in summer with easy access to hiking and biking.

Annual Family Ski Trip

The property was easy to get to and very close to the bus stop. The condo was clean and inviting. We had two children under three who were excited to see the fox outside the window one morning. The three flights of stairs were a bit much after a full day of skiing but definitely not a game changer.

Vail Ski Trip

Great property for the price and size. Very comfortable beds and quiet location which was great for catching much needed zzz after skiing all day. The appliances were newer and everything we needed was on hand. Well done by the owners and VRBO.

Great Place

Enjoyed this place and would stay again in a heartbeat. Just watch out for the “Karen” who lives on the second floor. When we were moving our luggage in the lady came out and yelled very loudly at our four year old to be quiet. She was exceptionally rude. He was just excited to stay at the condo and was sharing his excitement with his brothers.

Lovely unit - right on the shuttle route

The unit lived up to its description - not fancy but well-appointed, clean, spacious & comfortable. The unit was plenty big enough for our 4 adults and could probably accommodate 5 or 6 comfortably if you really wanted to fill every bed. The closest shuttle stop is right by the end of the driveway which made the shuttle very convenient. Do note that this property is one of the 1st stops outbound so the ride to Vail Village takes about 25 minute in the morning but the ride back to the unit is only 15 minutes. Also this unit is a 2-story walk up which you WILL feel until you adjust to Vail's 8200 feet of elevation. OTOH, top floor means a loft and no noise from upstairs neighbors. With one notable exception (the weekend manager), the property manager, BHHS, was on top of every request and question we had which further enhanced our stay. Big kudos to Eliza who was great to deal with! Plusses: Grill, franklin stove fireplace (ask them to drop off fire starters though), a real functional kitchen (if a bit dimly lit), comfortable beds, loft, washer & dryer in unit, shuttle stop very close, clean, attractive & a real coffee maker! (No k-cups for us thank you.) Minuses: Long-ish ride in the morning via the shuttle, no amenities in the community (ie pool or hot tub), kitchen could use more light if you really like to cook (as we do).

Great place and location

This property was perfect for our ski trip. Very clean, well maintained, good amenities, and close to the East Vail bus to get to Vail Village. One person in the group thought the bed was a bit soft, but that is perhaps a personal preference. Communication with the management company was very prompt and efficient. We ran out of propane, texted them (as this was their preferred communication), and within 10 minutes were told that new propane would be delivered the next day. The next day when we returned from skiing, there was a new tank of propane ready for our dinner bbq plans.

Nice Property

This is a well maintained and well run unit. Everything was in working order, the kitchen was well stocked with china, utensils and pots, the paint and floors seemed freshly maintained, etc. The property manager was very responsive. We noticed that there were no screens on the windows, but the property manager offered to correct that. We love the location for its access to the bike path and the Vail walking trail.

Couldn't be more happier with our stay

The condo was really clean, well maintained and comfortably handled the 6 of us. It was homey with nice touches, and the listing pics did not do the Mountain views justice. Location-wise, it was close to Vail village. The bus stop was just outside, but we drove, which was about a 5 minute drive. It was good value and I would highly recommend.
