The unit lived up to its description - not fancy but well-appointed, clean, spacious & comfortable. The unit was plenty big enough for our 4 adults and could probably accommodate 5 or 6 comfortably if you really wanted to fill every bed. The closest shuttle stop is right by the end of the driveway which made the shuttle very convenient. Do note that this property is one of the 1st stops outbound so the ride to Vail Village takes about 25 minute in the morning but the ride back to the unit is only 15 minutes. Also this unit is a 2-story walk up which you WILL feel until you adjust to Vail's 8200 feet of elevation. OTOH, top floor means a loft and no noise from upstairs neighbors.
With one notable exception (the weekend manager), the property manager, BHHS, was on top of every request and question we had which further enhanced our stay. Big kudos to Eliza who was great to deal with!
Plusses: Grill, franklin stove fireplace (ask them to drop off fire starters though), a real functional kitchen (if a bit dimly lit), comfortable beds, loft, washer & dryer in unit, shuttle stop very close, clean, attractive & a real coffee maker! (No k-cups for us thank you.)
Minuses: Long-ish ride in the morning via the shuttle, no amenities in the community (ie pool or hot tub), kitchen could use more light if you really like to cook (as we do).
