Welcome to this luxurious 4-bed, 2.5-bath contemporary pool house! Enjoy the heated pool, large game room with foosball, and walk-out basement leading to a spacious yard. Relax on the upper deck, and enjoy surround sound in living room. The master suite features heated tile floors, and the kitchen is fully equipped including an ice maker in the bar. With a 2-car garage, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort and entertainment for your getaway.

Contemporary home nestled under mature trees and professional landscaping. Walk into the kitchen with plenty of counter space to host family gatherings. Enjoy the vast 13-foot ceilings in the living room while sitting by the unique fireplace. The primary bedroom suite has a large walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom. The bathroom is complete with heated floors, a whirlpool tub, and a large walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are downstairs with an additional living room. The second living room has double doors that walk out to the pool.
Guests will have access to the entire home and 2 car garage.

Home has large mature tress and the leaves do fall into the pool depending on wind, storms, and season. The pool is serviced twice a week for guests. We also have a pool net that can be used during stay.
