We had a great stay. Everything was neat and clean, and new. Home is tucked away up in the hills in a very nice area, close to Townsend and the park.

Great Mountain Getaway

A beautiful place to stay in the Mountains. Our kids loved the games. The hot tub was nice too.

The pictures are accurate but don’t do the property justice. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed our morning visits from a flock of turkeys walking the grounds. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Great location and host.

Nice New Clean Property

The property was nice comfortable and clean. This is close to Cades Cove however it is quite a distance to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (45-50min). If you are looking for low key vacation away from the tourist this is your spot. Despite the travel distance to most shops and dining I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Smoky Mountain Getaway

Our family had a blast staying in this beautiful modern home. We went to explore and hike in Cades Cove every day, and came back to the hot tub, decks and well stocked kitchen. If you're looking to stay on the peaceful side of the smokies and get away from the noise and traffic, this is your place. Check in and check out were a breeze and everything is as nice as the pictures. Hope to come back soon!

Beautiful Space near the Smokey Mountains

Beautiful home! A great escape! There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space. Beautiful views!!!! My boys loved the arcade! That was a huge hit.

Excellent experience

This property has every amenity you can think of. The home looks brand new and was exceptionally clean. The property is located on a hill so the views were fantastic from both porches. The property owners even had maps for guests to take to help navigate the area. For someone looking for a relaxing experience with less traffic in the smokies, earmark this one since you won’t be disappointed! My companion and I had a wonderful time and will return in the future.

Beautiful home!

This home is beautiful and we had such an enjoyable time here. We (4 adults) came mostly to rest and relax so we did spend most of our time in the home other than a drive through Cades Cove one day. The home was very clean, the beds were comfy, the decks were nicely furnished, the kitchen well stocked! We cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the owners. We love "the peaceful side of the Smokies" and will definitely be back!

Terrific Time in Townsend

We had a wonderful time at Dylan and Suzanne’s place. It was exactly as pictured but it’s even nicer in person. The house was clean. The room layout was perfect for our family of seven. The decks, the grill and fire pit, and outdoor seating were awesome. The hot tub was ready to go and easy to use. The kitchen is large and there is plenty of seating. The kids got to see how awesome Frogger is on the arcade game. The TVs are all nice Samsungs and not the cheap knock offs at so many other places. We are low touch vacationers but the two times we had to reach out we received almost immediate response. We would absolutely recommend staying here and will be back when we next visit the Smokys.
