This home was perfect for our family holiday vacation. There were 10 of us& we never felt crowded. The home was clean and the kitchen well stocked with dinnerware, pots & pans, and appliances. We enjoyed the views from the decks which were on each floor. We will book this home again!

4 adults 6 kids spring break trip

The house was satisfactory for our needs. The first floor was very nice and the kitchen had enough plates and cups and cooing materials to make breakfast for 10. The large kitchen table was wonderful. There were a lot of bugs. We were warned and we expected it but when we pulled back the sheets there were a ton of dead bugs under the covers. I would hope that if there were that many bugs, someone would clean more recently or cover the bed sheets so a bunch of bugs couldn’t die there. We had to clean the sheets and do a lot of vacuuming, especially in the room with the 2 queen beds. The house could use some updating inside and out on the decks, especially since some of the siding has come loose. The owners were very responsive when we had questions about the television and they were polite.

Incredible view

The cabin was just as described. Endless amount of room for everyone to spread out. Kids were always on a different floor playing and hanging out. Everything we needed was at the cabin and the property manager was incredibly easy to get ahold of. The porches were amazing and everyone of them had an incredible view.

Stairway to Heaven

The views from this cabin were absolutely spectacular. Cabin was as advertised and beautiful. Owners had excellent communication via text and email. Bears kept trying to get into our vehicles even though they were empty. Would highly recommend.

Family vacation

The house was great! We had everything we needed and then some. We had 6 adults and a toddler and everyone had plenty room to spread out. We were close enough to the attractions in Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Fordge and yet in a peacefull setting.

Tennessee vacation

The house was just as described. The neighborhood was very quiet and a short drive away from the center of Townsend. We were visiting family that own cabins in Townsend so this was an ideal location to spend time with them but also do some activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was nice to have the kids sleeping on a different floor and to have their own space. The house has everything we needed in terms of kitchen items also. The views were gorgeous!

Great views

We had a great time here& would love to come back again on our next smoky mtn vacay. The views were amazing!! The cabin was neat& clean. Check in was a breeze& communication with the owners was a quick response with helpful info ab the area. Our whole family had a great time, and we will definitely be back!!!

Family Christmas trip

We had a great time. We enjoyed our stay we had a family member sit in a chair and it broke which after looking it had already been broke and was somewhat fixed. Also the small screws on the table was wollowed out so that came loose and broke but we fixed the table after buying bigger screws. But we had a really good time and loved the time with family.

Wonderful!

The property was great! The instructions were very easy to follow. We had everything we needed upon arrival. Lots of stairs hence the name Stairway to Heaven. The road was a little narrow and steep in some places, but that is to be expected. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Awesome location and beautiful views!

The location and the views of this cabin were excellent. Also it would be great for a couple of families with kids. The cabin however definitely needs some TLC. There were a lot of things in disrepair. For a few examples, a lot of the window and sliding door screens were either missing or broken. The siding on the house, particularly on the decks, was in disrepair and there were a lot of wasps during the day which hindered our use of the deck. The weather was perfect for opening the windows and sliders but with no screens and wasps that wasn't an option. The grill burners were clogged with grease so we had to try to unclog it as best we could but it was a chore. And please, remove the mirrored walls from the shower in the master bathroom! With all this being said, it still was a pleasant stay and I could look at those views all day long!

Best kept secret of the Smokey's.

Best view from any cabin we had previously rented. Well equipped and starter stocked. Right amount of room for my family. We look forward to coming back and renting this cabin. Plenty of restrooms, a big plus for our ladies. All rooms good size. Also the owners are extremely friendly and helpful when I called with any questions. Hope to be back soon.

Quaint and Cozy

This cabin was very nice. It was clean and spacious. We were a little disappointed with the seating accommodations being it is advertised to sleep 12 and we only had a very small table with 3 chairs. There were 2 barstools at the kitchen island and 2 in the game room but still not enough for a party of 9 that enjoys playing games. Overall our stay was very pleasant.
