Good Location location however, cabin needs TLC all around. Kitchen was very small and main bathroom bathtub not easy to be accessible. Lots of lady bugs inside unit. Plain Jane cabin.

Overall, we did enjoy our stay at Budro’s Bungalow. The location felt safe, the cabin was fairly comfortable, and the porch offered a beautiful view.However, there were several issues. First, the listing misleadingly depicts a private fire pit. While I now see it’s not listed under amenities, the description says to “gather around the crackling fire pit with loved ones,” and the photos show one, but that fire pit isn’t at this cabin. It’s a shared pit down the hill, which we wouldn’t have booked had we known. When I reached out to the host, she admitted she had never been to the property and offered no real help. She said their website mentions it’s shared, but that doesn’t make the VRBO listing any less misleading.Next, cleanliness. The cabin seemed cleaner than some others we’ve rented, but with some glaring issues. The shower curtains had pink mold along the bottom, a basic thing that should be replaced or washed regularly. We were also excited for the bathtub, but when I went to clean it before using, I discovered black sludge inside the jets and black rot near the wall. Needless to say, we skipped it.Lastly, the bottom bedroom became infested with ladybugs during our last two nights. We understand it’s a cabin in the woods, but this went beyond a few stray bugs and during the last night they were flying into our faces. The main bedroom also had a strong urine smell.In summary, not the worst cabin we’ve booked, but unfortunately it’s not one we’ll come back to.

Budro’s cabin was perfect for our vacation to hike the Smokey’s! The cabi’s hot tub on the porch with a Mountain View was perfect each night after a long day of hiking! The town is Townsend was peaceful and had everything we needed. Close to the park too! The only improvement would be if the tree in front of the dining/family room window was trimmed so you can see the mountain from inside the cabin.

Summer stay!

We spent our Fourth of July week at your cabin! We had a great time! The cabin was clean, everything worked, it was quiet and the views were beautiful! My only complaint wouldBe the tree in the middle of the porch . It would open up so much more of a view if it was trimmed down! It was no big deal because you can move the chairs and still get the view! We would visit again!

House was clean and for the most part comfortable. The kitchen area is very small and tight. If you plan to cook dinners(as we did), this might not be the place for you. Nice views.

Lady bugs & stink bugs

First I will never ever book with you people again. When we got to the cabin their was so many lady bugs and stink bugs the floors were not swept nor mopped they were in the bathrooms, bathtubs, sinks the upstairs had more than anywhere else the windows blinds bed's etc. and when we called to tell you your exact words were that the lady bugs were really bad this year so I asked can you please send someone to clean them up and you did but they were just as bad the next day and you told me that you couldn't get them to come again so I asked if you could get us a vacuum so we could clean them ourselves and you said no that they couldn't do that then you said well there is a broom and dustpan they would fly into our food so I would say it's safe to say that when we were at the cabin we had to keep sweeping up bugs but how do you sweep them out of window seals and blinds. So if you had the only cabins I would sleep in my car that way I'm not renting it with you. If I could talk to the owner I would give them a ear full and you told one of my guest that you had ordered some vacuums but they wouldn't get there before we checked out since we only had a few hours left. And the shower head was broken so you couldn't hang up the hand held shower and the sink was leaking. And bugs all around the bathtub

One of the most beautiful cabins we have stayed in. The view is wonderful except one tree right in the middle of the back porch. But the worst was the little ramp into the only outside door that get to your card. It was green with mossal

Overall enjoyed stay but cabin needed some maintenance (broken shelves in fridge, table chair leg almost feel off, outlet in downstairs bath wasn't working, etc) and could have been stocked better to make stay more enjoyable (incorrect bed size listed in downstairs bedroom, no lamps in bedrooms, only 2 chairs on porch, kitchen has very little counter space, etc). Parking not great for 2 large vehicles.

Budro's Bungalow Vacation home.

The home was very clean. Just setting up the home with a view of the mountains was beautiful. Closer to restaurants. Close to the Wilderness, where we actually saw some bears and deer would recommend this place to stay to all.

Great Location

We had a little adult vacation and the cabin is exactly as it was advertised overlooking the Smoky Mountains. The little Townsend was a nice little town that provided plenty of places to eat and hang out at. Be sure to go to visit the Tuckaleechee Caverns it is a beautiful cave had a stream running through it and an underground waterfall. The National Park is near by as well but be sure to give yourself plenty of time if you plan on hiking as the traffic going through the park is congested with people not respecting the rules of not pulling over and just stopping in the middle of the road holding up traffic. The location was also close enough to Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be back to explore more!

Absolutely breathtaking view!

We loved this rustic cabin ! It was so nice and the view was just amazing! The area was super quiet with no traffic. Unless you were staying at the neighboring few cabins, no one was up there . We had a perfect and peaceful stay.
