Location is close to many restaurants and shops. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees and friendly neighbors. Cleanliness was okay...one of the couches had many stains on it and looks like whoever cleans does not sweep and mop underneath and behind furniture. There were spider webs and small items from previous people that have stayed there.

Best BNB EVER!!

This was by far one of the nicest and welcoming rentals I have ever stayed in. Evelyn was incredible and allows us to check in a little early because our flight got in ahead of schedule. The house was so cozy and had EVERYTHING we could have possibly needed. This is the place to stay in Topeka!!!

A week in Topeka

Property was very adequate. Did miss a dining area, but were able to use outdoor picnic table some. Found the lighting to be suboptimal, overhead lighting harsh. Location was excellent. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

Great property

Excellent. 2 living rooms allowed kids to have their gaming system while adults got there own room to relax. High chair was an added treat for our toddler. Beds were so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood but close to stores & restaurants

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores & restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and the house had everything we needed. We visited the Evel Knievel Museum and had great BBQ at The Blind Tiger. Highly recommend this house!

Corvette show

We were there to compete in a major Corvette show, took 4 trophies in all for our car. We enjoed the house, it was clise by our venue, we also loved the garage, the commincation with our host. If evrr in Topeka, KS we will be looking for that VRBO. Thanks again. The Mullens

Clean and quiet

We very much enjoyed the cleanliness and the ample seating in this home. The outside appearance of the house threw us off at first, but once inside it was lovely. The beds were very comfortable, which is huge for us. I also loved the ample sunlight. The presence of laundry facilities was great. However, don’t run the dryer at night- it’s exceptionally loud and reverberates through the house. The only real issue we had was there was no proper way to sit as a family to eat. Kids need supervision when they eat, so it’s important to sit together. We couldn’t trust the kids to eat on the sofa, but there was no other way to sit as a family. We ended up giving the kids seats at the bar and then the adults stood. If this issue were addressed we would probably stay again, as we make trips into Topeka yearly.
