Parking for 6 -10 vehicles located at 30521 East River Rd. Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. Enjoyable place for guests to relax, unwind, make lasting memories and a great place to call home while you're away. ***Please note that getting from the house to the river is not easy. There is a stone pathway that in some area's has a 45-degree angle. This steep path is not to be underestimate and may be dangerous for some. There is no other way to the river.

Was impressed with the cleanliness of the property..the feeling of space in the rooms with high ceilings and peace. The walls were as such that i could not hear the other guests or televisions. The hot water was Neverending! Love a hot bath. Going out the back door overlooking the river was a perfect place for meditation and prayer. Did not use the game room or the rooms downstairs ..but it looked to be fun and lots of room for kids to keep occupied. The kitchen was complete with anything you could need. The refrigerator was just fascinating..You will have to book a stay to find out why! Be blessed and a blessing. -Magi-

We had a great stay at this property. We were a family with 10 kids. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was all decked out and we just had to bring in groceries. The kids were able to play. We appreciated the access to the vacuum cleaner and the laundry facilities.

Clean, great location near lots of stuff to do and great restaurants and on the river! Awesome game room with pool table, darts, air hockey, a poke table with cards and chips, and a multi video game stand up console. Great for our group of five. Kayaking on the river was a blast. If we ever get back to this area we would book this house again.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for the 12 of us. We accidentally left a pillow and they contacted us about it before we realized it had been left. They worked with us to make arrangements to get it back. So grateful for this--it was a purple pillow--very expensive to replace. Would definitely stay here again!
