The room was surprisingly big (compared to other places my partner and I had already stayed in), clean, and well stocked. The biggest bonus was that it came with a combo washer/dryer inside of the room! Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again on our future trips.

Staff was ok , amenities upon request wasn’t made . Security was nice but a pain. I was given the 4th floor while the rest of the family was given the 3rd floor . So the key card doesn’t give you access to the other floors , so we had to go down to the main floor and then someone on the 3rd floor had to bring me up to the 3rd floor , just a pain in that , plus no washer machine at this hotel.

Room was very nice, lucky to get a corner room on the 8th floor. Hotel staff was incredibly polite and spoke clear english, no noise complaints, bed was comfortable and the rooms were incredibly quiet. Bathroom had a wonderful shower and free coffee at the counter, would definitely love to stay here again if I come back to Kamata!
