Piękna willa z pięknymi widokami, masą udogodnień i perfekcyjną obsługą

Jak do Umbrii w okolice Todi to koniecznie do tej willi. Minusów brak a plusów cała masa. Po pierwsze świetni właściciele, od samego początku pomocni, po drugie jeszcze lepsza lokalna opieka od sąsiadki Cristiny (nie ważne, że nie mówi słowa w innym języku niż włoski, jest prawdziwa, niezawodna i zawsze pomocna), po trzecie sama willa, jej wielkość, wyposażenie (ma dosłownie wszystko i jeszcze kilka rzeczy, które można ocenić jako fajnie by było mieć jak np maszyna do chleba czy popcornu), masa naczyń, talerzy, garnków, kawiarek (jak to we Włoszech) itp. Do tego świetny sprzęt audio tak na parterze jak i w sali kinowej w podziemiach (a do tego cała masa filmów na DVD do oglądania). Pokoje przestronne, ładnie wykończone. Realnie (choć nie wiem czy właściciele pozwalają) willa może pomieścić lekko z 15 osób jak nie więcej. My byliśmy w 3 rodziny z dziećmi i psami (co ważne cały teren jest szczelnie ogrodzony). Reasumując, byliśmy już w wielu willach czy hotelach a ta willa jest absolutnie na topie miejsc w jakich byliśmy, Polecamy!

Family trip to Umbria

This was the type of property we were looking for. This was a trip with my wife and me and our 4 adult children. We loved the location away from crowds but close enough to get to every where in Umbria for day trips. If you are traveling in the summer, just be aware there is no air conditioning. Probably not as big a deal if you aren't used to a/c as us spoiled Americans. But with temperatures near 100°F there isn't enough natural air flow through the house to cool it off. For that you will have to rely on the splendidly refreshing infinity pool, that still had very cool water despite the heat. And excellent views of the valley and Todi. Cristina, the caretaker, was very responsive via WhatsApp and helpful with any questions. Definitely recommend Circolo Marziale up the hill in Quadro for traditional Italian family meal.

Idyllic Retreat

This villa is just what we needed to escape our busy city lives! There's an incredible supermarket just down the hill where we bought a few essentials and as we neared the property, were greeted by a field of smiling sunflowers, which took our breath away! The villa sits on top of a hill with stunning views of Todi and the countryside which we especially enjoyed from the infinity pool. The villa is well-equipped with a cinema room and hundreds of films to choose from. Our bed was extremely comfy and we caught up on much-needed rest. We will definitely return with friends and family!

Absolutely wonderful - beyond all expectation!

What a house! Overlooking the Todi valley, with Todi rising stunningly in the distance, the views are spectacular, and the surrounding countryside teeming with birds and wildlife. The peace here is heavenly - no traffic sounds at all, only the amazing birdsong and occasional snuffling of horses in the wood beyond. The infinity pool is also incredibly beautiful and large enough to have a proper swim doing decent sized lengths and to play games - we had some fun playing pool volleyball! It's been wonderfully warm since we arrived so absolutely delicious to be able to cool off in the pool with the spectacular view of Todi in the distance. The house itself always remained cool with a lovely gentle breeze at night. There's an olive grove behind the house and the garden has some beautiful roses and lavender, with a really nice mint growing in the grass which I used when cooking. The jasmine outside the main bedroom/front door was flowering when we arrived in early June and the perfume wafted in at night. So lovely! I gather the house was built by and for the owners so it is solidly built and is very well equipped with everything you need (loved the ice-making machine, breadmaker and popcorn maker!) as well as a very relaxed and comfortable feel, and plenty of space for all of us. There's a well stocked cinema downstairs with amazing surround sound and also awesome speakers in the main living area. Todi with all its restaurants is only about 15 minutes drive away but there's a great restaurant just a short walk up the mountain behind the house in Quadro. Cristina (the housekeeper) couldn't have been more helpful when we arrived and Michael was great at communicating. I have stayed in a few places in Umbria over the years but this is definitely the best. Can't wait to return! Thank you Michael - you have a great house!
