La villetta gode di due ampie vetrate che permettono la vista sul patio/solarium che si trova davanti alla stessa dove l'ospite potrà utilizzare il gazebo ed i lettini. L'alloggio gode inoltre di un giardino piantumato a pratino. La struttura offre l'uso gratuito della piscina aperta stagionalmente (25 aprile/15 settembre) con gazebo e lettini e la possibilità di utilizzare su prenotazione e a pagamento il centro benessere attrezzato con vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi, bagno turco con cromo e aroma terapia, sauna finlandese, doccia emozionale e angolo relax con tisane e the.
