Bedrooms were perfect and a great location in context to bathrooms. All bathing essentials were provided. Washer and dryer in unit, very helpful to not take wet clothes home. Easily checked in and out.

It was a nice large place in a beautiful quite town. You can walk a couple blocks and you are right on the beach.

So homey

We needed to get away from the city and COVID craziness and Cape Meares was perfect. The beach house is well equipped and feels like home. It’s also a very short walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay again!

The location is ideal for walks to the beach and other sites. I love the area. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property when we arrived.

Very nice location close to the beach

Rented this home several times with great experiences had a problem with the door falling down from the wall of the ironing board this time and the carpets needed cleaning as noticed stains throughout but otherwise a nice place to stay

Nice older rental. Plenty of room and furniture. Nice selection of local art and craft. Could use some work on lights, plumbing, gas fireplace.

Spacious and cozy

Great property. Very cozy. One recommendation would be to swap out some of the extra bedding linens and add a few more pillows for sofa bed. We loved our stay and would love to stay again.

We love Cape Meares!

This home is ideally located close to the beach. The amenities are more than adequate. My only complaint is that the sheets in the master bedroom were scratchy and rough. Really? Softer sheets would certainly be appreciated.

Clean house, great proximity to the beach

Great house for our family, with a less than 5 min walk to the beach- there is a short, steep path to the beach from the road so if you have a stroller you will need to carry it. Smooth check in process. The house was very clean when we arrived which was good for our crawling little one.

Perfect Retreat

The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. The house was large with plenty of space inside for everyone to have a spot to relax. We enjoyed the large deck every day and the firepit every night. Bayocean is the perfect town to get away from it all. We enjoyed hiking the cape and beach combing for shells. We will definitely stay here again!

Block from Sandy Beach

Great location, block away from awesome beach. Great for families--fully-stocked kitchen, lots of games, spacious house. Would stay again. Had to do some fix-it projects there (doorknob fell off a few times, coat rack fell off). Extra pull-out bed is in family room, NOT in a bedroom as shown in listing.

Hidden Community, quiet & awesome

Very nice location and house is very cozy and comfy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone: couples, families, solo get away, etc. very quiet and secluded, nice people walking around. The beach is 5 minutes from the house and it’s a gorgeous beach with not a lot of people. House has everything you need. Out dated yes, but it’s very comfortable.
