Honestly, we were very unexpectedly unhappy and disappointed with this hotel. The room cleanliness was way below subpar. We had to change three room upon arrival because of it. Also, when we called the front desk to tidy up our room and exchange our linens, this request was blatantly ignored. We were out of the hotel all day and returned with no fresh towels, linens, and nothing was cleaned. We payed entirely way too much for the room and with the terrible hospitality given, we will not be staying here again.
Everything was fine expect the 2 pieces of ???? In my bed. Crubs, nail clippings? Tub needs re caulked, turning mink in places. Wonderful place if those 2 things hadnt happened
Terrible terrible terrible. We had to switch rooms twice. There was a cockroach on the bed, hair on the pillows and bed, holes in the towels in he bathrooms, wallpaper falling off the walls, paint chipping off the ceiling onto the bed/toilet/shower, couch full of shoe prints, and the room smelled like smoke and old perfume.
Was clean and felt safe.
Great location!
The hotel itself is nice, but the room was outdated and not clean. There was previously used soap and towels in the shower. I said something to the front desk and they said that due to COVID it was cleaned as well as possible. I totally understand that the maintenance staff is probably understaffed, but if you’re paying nearly $200 for a night you’d at least expect the room to be clean. Additionally, my room key was deactivated 5 times and I had to go down to the front desk and wait each time. It was quite disappointing considering what I had to pay for the night.
Great location and lots things to do. Great and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel.
Everything was perfect as usual. We always stay here when we visit our daughter.
Hotel is conviently located, staff was extremely friendly, room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the hotel has a very nice casual social bar area to network and relaxe after a long day of work or traveling.
Wonderful stay. Even with renovations goin on! Will book again
Nice hotel, close to many restaurants, and I-75. I loved it.
Nice and contemporary. The staff I encountered was courteous and friendly. It was the perfect location for our family formal banquet. AJ
Desk in room has Finnish chipped off. Ottoman and carpet stained. Carpet wasn't vacuumed. No blanket anywhere in room and toilet would keep running if you didn't take the tank lid off after every flush and reposition plunger. Room priced to high for what you get.
