Everything was perfect except the WiFi never worked :/

The stay was great, it was a quiet area and the location was great.

Always a good visit

While on our way to Georgia, I read so many negative reviews on Google vs good reviews on Orbitz that we nearly canceled our reservation to find somewhere else to stay. But we were tired from our six-hour drive, so we opted to try it. After entering the hotel and then the room, we couldn't really agree with the bad reviews. The property and the grounds were clean. The staff was friendly and responsive to anything we needed. HOWEVER, the complaints we have are: rooms aren't cleaned each day. Garbage isn't collected each day; we had to use shopping bags for our overflow of trash. They don't replenish coffee items each day. The dirty towels aren't collected and replaced with clean ones each day, instead dirty ones are put in the hall and you call for clean ones or go to the front desk to get them. Some people use the same towel for a couple of days; we don't like to do that. If the rooms were being cleaned daily like they were pre-Covid, the housekeeping staff would do whatever was needed every day. A stay at a hotel meant you didn't have to worry about your own housekeeping. It used to be that housekeeping staff received a tip for the daily service provided in the room; I won't tip for housekeeping service I don't benefit from. This lack of service appears to have become the standard, industrywide. It's sad that "service" has declined to this extent. This Hilton isn't an anomaly; unfortunately, this is often the "new normal" in many businesses that provide a service.

Honestly, we were very unexpectedly unhappy and disappointed with this hotel. The room cleanliness was way below subpar. We had to change three room upon arrival because of it. Also, when we called the front desk to tidy up our room and exchange our linens, this request was blatantly ignored. We were out of the hotel all day and returned with no fresh towels, linens, and nothing was cleaned. We payed entirely way too much for the room and with the terrible hospitality given, we will not be staying here again.

Everything was fine expect the 2 pieces of ???? In my bed. Crubs, nail clippings? Tub needs re caulked, turning mink in places. Wonderful place if those 2 things hadnt happened

Terrible terrible terrible. We had to switch rooms twice. There was a cockroach on the bed, hair on the pillows and bed, holes in the towels in he bathrooms, wallpaper falling off the walls, paint chipping off the ceiling onto the bed/toilet/shower, couch full of shoe prints, and the room smelled like smoke and old perfume.

Was clean and felt safe.
