compared with other nh the standard a bit lower (some details like room small, breakfast quality, several little details in the room) but good for a short stay. relatively quiet, may depend by weekdays and room as close to night live area. warm welcome by the very helpful Juan, after many stays in nh hotels the first person put us a profil at the hotel for a better check in and service in future! also advice us around the corner a very good restaurant for our first lunch. few meters to harbor and beside tramline, to busstation/auditorium 15min walk. don't miss palmelita cafe with excellent pastries just close by. good to know: the multibono for bus are for different areas valid, so not for the whole island if you doing day excursions (very good and frequent running bus system)
Stayed here for the carnival 2018. One street away from the carnival action, but incredibly central. Of course it was a little noisy at night, but that didn't stop us sleeping, & was worth it to be right in the centre of the action. They had a very sensible door policy during carnival that made us feel safe. NH Hotels are excellent quality for a 3 Star, & this did not disappoint. Great stay - & apologies for leaving so much glitter behind us!
I have stayed at many NH hotels. They are a popular chain throughout Spain and Europe. mainly the heathy breakfast is selling point. However we were disappointed with the breakfast at this hotel and the price. So we just had breakfast on the first morning. We stayed 18 nights. this is a problem because the NH website won't let you book for that length of time, so I had to book the boking over the phone. The location is excellent. Our Superior room wasn't much better than the regular rooms, so that was a bit annoying. Our window didn't really open very well. So the view was poor and didn't let much light in. See photo. This hotel had a rooftop bar and spa but have sold it off. So it now only opens in the evening with no spa. So no where to sit and enjoy the sun, as rooms don't have a balcony
This hotel I have to say it's pretty good looking, it would perfectly be a 4-star hotel if they didn't have such an issue on the very top of the building. Staying for business, we seek quietness and calm during the night but instead, we had the noise of the rooftop bar "El Ático" until they closed for the night at around 2-3am. Having a friend recommend me this hotel for business as it was really quiet when he last stayed, I arrived with the surprise on the rooftop inaugurated last December. Aside of all the noise, rooms are modern (excepting the square flat-screen tv accompanied by an universal remote) and spacious, the shower (on bath) was fantastic and the cleaning service were really polite and their work was pretty well done. The rest of the staff were really friendly and nice and resourceful for me. As I mentioned, this hotel is really modern and well all around done, but the soundproofing was lacking more... Proofing. If you can sleep with background noise (let's call it about 40dBi) it's a pretty great hotel, if you can't, then look for another thing (at least if you stay over weekends as I did)
we were staying in NH Tenerife for few days it was very nice stay straight in the centre of Santa Cruz. The staff was really friendly and helpful especially in the front office. The breakfast was really tasty and we were able to try a bit of local stuff. i can highly recommend this hotel.
Ideal location offering very good value for money with comfortable rooms and efficient service. Breakfast is huge and of good quality. Staff are efficient, friendly and cheerful- Fer at the Front Desk is especially helpful.
This hotel is clean modern very central for shopping and dining. The breakfast was very nice fresh and plenty of it. There is a roof terrace which is nice for sundowners. It is more of a business hotel but great for us as we were shopping during in the day and dining out in the evening.
I stayed here last month with some colleagues while on the island for business. I booked us at a few different NH hotels for our Spain trip, and this location was just as great as the others - friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and a good central location. The most fun and unique aspect was their parking garage. It is very small (less than 10 spaces) and located underground. There is a single car elevator that barely fit our SEAT sedan, and it was the most interesting parking experience I think I've ever had!
Good staff, solving iin cordial way its tasks. The quality of services is at high level. I appreciate the buffet and the cleanliness of rooms, stairs and liift. I sleep well during my stay. The location of hotel is excellent, in the heart of city.
