Amazing pool & jacuzzi

This property is very spacious. Would be a good choice for a big group/ family. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and there was a lot of floaties and pool items available for use. My only note would be the water pressure in the master bedroom could use some improvement .

Looks like it used to be nice… but isn’t anymore.

The pictures of this property vs what you see in real life are very different. To start- BOTH patio umbrellas were ripped and broken. The bottom of one split in 2 when we tried to move it. The pots and pans in the kitchen are disgusting and need to be replaced. While you’re in the hot tub the plastic ivy over the chain link fence flaps in the wind and you can see a junk yard on the other side. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the living rooms were nicely set up, but please- upgrade the chairs in the back yard and get new umbrellas! Also take new photos so it’s a more accurate description online vs what you see in person.

Nightmare on Palm Tree

Welcome to the 'Adventure House,' where every day feels like a surprise obstacle course! Trying to enter? Well, good luck with the front door—it's like a puzzle box that's determined to keep you out. Inside, get ready to experience the full spectrum of sensory delights! From the charmingly disgusting carpet that seems to have a life of its own to the avant-garde paint determined to make its grand exit from the walls, chaos reigns supreme. Bathrooms? They feature carpeted floors and sinks that have given up on life. In the kitchen, the pots and pans are coated in layers of grime, and expired leftovers inhabit the cabinets, emitting unpleasant odors. The garbage disposal and sinks don't work properly, causing water to pool. Outdoors, the grill is a fiery spectacle, the pool heater merely decorative, and the outdoor furniture rusted and broken. Brace for surprises like broken glass and nails in the backyard—truly a testament to the 'thrill' of outdoor living. If you seek a home more 'fun' than functional, the 'Adventure House' is for you—where every day is an opportunity to laugh, cry, and wonder how on earth you ended up here.

Great location and Responsive Property Management

The property was perfect for a girls getaway. Close to everything! There were a couple items that needed repair, which the property manager was very responsive to. Also, the cleanliness of the space could have been better. Bathrooms and bedding were all very clean but cobwebs and dust were noticed, as well as some cleanliness around the kitchen area. Weeds and cobwebs around the backyard space, also. We notified the property manager, as it could very well be the cleaning crew that is the problem without their knowledge.

Property was in a great location in Temecula which was close to restaurants and retail stores. Close to all the Golf courses , Pechanga, Rancho California and Cross Creek.

The house itself is very nice. However, it’s not fully stocked with necessities. The pool could also use some updating, it just didn’t look clean. Also, the main TV isn’t a smart TV. We couldn’t watch any sports because there is no cable. Needs a lot of minor repairs and/or upgrades.

Lovely spacious home.

This is a nice place with a ton of space. Has everything you would need. Plenty of beds for 8 adults to comfortably sleep, could easily sleep 10. Kitchen is fully functional and stocked with cooking supplies. Check-in is effortless and communication with the property owners is readily available. Highly recommend this property.

Exactly what was advertised

This property was exactly what was promised in the VRBO listing, which is all you can really ask for when renting a home away from home. It had the space that was promised, the amenities, and when I asked the property manager to turn on/off the hot tub so we could use it, his response was very prompt. We had a great weekend in wine country and didn’t have to worry about or waste any time on anything that was related to the house we were staying in .

Dirty, Non operating items and late access not worth the money we paid!

Looked nice on line but Delayed access along with Dirty and Non Operating items not worth the money we paid. I communicated all this with Jason, the property manager giving him a list of 20 items that were wrong with the property. Including Cleaning person still working at check in time and when they left they left us to finish doing two loads of laundry. Pool not working, filter dirty, water hazy, carpets and furniture badly stained, light bulbs burnt out in multiple rooms, Dirty drawers, oven hood, grill lid, patio furniture. Plastic beverage glass at bottom of pool, confetti and champagne cork stopper and trash and dirt and spider webs all over the outside patio cement flooring. Garbage disposal not working, 5 gal glass party beverage dispenser laying in yard with moldy liquid in it. Dining room chairs stained and wobbly and loose. Dirty stained sheets still on one trundle bed. Trash cans full upon our arrival outside. We spent at least one full day doing their laundry and cleaning before we could vacation. I communicated all this by phone, text and email and requested that they at least knock off one day of rent and the cleaning fee they charged me. Jason said that Andy the owner, unfortunately was not willing to give any refunds but would give us a 10% discount on out next stay. I have traveled all over the world and I have never been ripped off like this before. Let the renter beware. This is the kind of property that makes it risky to rent from VRBO. SPACIOUS & BEAUTIFUL BACKYARD

Communication with property manager was great from the beginning. Check-in process was easy and was able to request an earlier check-in time. House is clean and decorated very well, very spacious, with. adequate bedding and bathrooms. Just a few caveats- not enough trash bags and paper towels especially for a family with children, no kitchen towels or smaller towels, some pots need to be replaced because loose handles, cobwebs on plants and furniture in backyard, screen door for backyard wasn’t working properly, and very strict noise ordinance at evening time. We also was not aware that the property manager stayed at an RV in the lot next to us. Not a big deal, but we were just surprised when asked to move our cars so he can park there.

Great get away

We loved it. Host was great and responsive. Everything was easy to find and use. Backyard is great. Plenty of room, nicely landscaped, and great pool. Nice open space and entertaining. Very close drive to downtown Temecula. Definitely recommend the location. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool made the weekend!

This house is beautiful, but the pool is absolutely amazing! A couple friends stayed here for a relaxing bachelorette weekend and we stayed in the backyard most of the weekend. Most of us fell asleep laying in the pool! Jason was also very responsive when I texted him questions. Amazing house, location, and of course amazing pool.
