The lower deck is a great place to soak in the fresh air, and the private dock gives you direct access to the lake for a day of swimming, fishing, or boating.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s)
Guests are welcome to bring boats and trailers. Guests do not have access to the Lone Mountain Shores boat ramps, as those are reserved for property owners. You can launch your boat at the nearby Norris Landing Marina or Straight Creek Marina and either park your trailer at the marina or at the house (above the driveway). Please do NOT tow trailers down the driveway – the grade is steep, and you may get stuck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
