Wonderful stay!

A lovely rental with perfect easy beach access! This neighborhood is a gem with its private sandy beach, which is very child and family friendly. Lon was fast to communicate, and responded to any needs we had. There are two twin mattresses in the loft, but with no railings up there it was not quite ideal for a 6 or 10 year old…the drop a little too scary as a parent. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need for a week away. The air conditioning really helps keep the humidity out of the space! We will definately return to this sweet cabin!

Wedding Weekend

Came to East Tawas for a wedding of a friend. This cabin was perfect for our weekend as the service was in East Tawas and the reception in Oscoda. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Great location for peace and quiet and also for scenic runs to the state park and into East Tawas.

The property was just a skip and a hop north of E. Tawas in a quiet neighborhood. We even had two young deer bound through!. Some rain and fog wasn't really a detriment--we shopped downtown, had a choice of great places to eat, and enjoyed a drive out to the state park. Our cabin was clean and cozy.! Lovely stay.

Cabin close to East Twas/Lake Huron

Check in and communication with the owner/property manager was easy and thorough. The cabin was cozy with an electric fireplace. The kitchen was adequate for a ladies weekend and had everything we needed. We had enough sleeping areas; the beds were a little hard. There were plenty of towels and the linens were soft. Overall, a wonderful place to stay the weekend exploring all the Twas/East Twas areas have to explore. We also appreciated that we could quickly access Lake Huron with a short walk.
