Located in a privileged area, just 300 metres on foot from the iconic Bunker Beach of Atlanterra, this villa is a perfect place for unforgettable holidays. Surrounded by landscaped areas and a private pool, where you can enjoy spectacular views, as well as unforgettable sunsets.
A splendid covered porch with a charcoal barbecue, ideal for organising delicious outdoor meals, gives us access to the dwelling, to a living room with a gabled roof, very comfortable and cosy, which has a fireplace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family or friends. From here we move to the dining and kitchen area, an open and fully equipped space, where the modernity of the furniture and decoration blends with the classic structure preserved by the villa, giving it a very personal touch that will make your stay very special.
On the ground floor, there is also a spacious bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) with an en-suite bathroom and shower, and a toilet for your convenience, which serves the entire floor.
On the first floor, it has three bedrooms, two of them double with en-suite bathroom and shower, and a third bedroom with bunk bed and a single bed (90 cm), perfect for the little ones, as well as a shared bathroom.
- The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living-dining room, as well as fans in the living room to maintain a pleasant temperature at all times, TV with Spanish channels and WiFi connection so that you feel at home.
- Outdoor parking for 2/3 vehicles, facilitating access and comfort.
