Nice place to stay convenient to stadium

Communication with host was good. Property is close to Raymond James Stadium and in reasonable proximity to other parts of Tampa. This was a great home base for our trip.

Plenty of space, convenient location, great communication

We stayed in this cute bungalow to attend our son’s graduation from UTampa. As the date approached, I’ll admit I was nervous reading some of the recent reviews. We spent 4 nights and our experience was excellent. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen is updated and well-stocked. All of the appliances worked and were easy to operate. There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was good. The beds were clean and comfortable, with extra pillows. The decor has the same vibe as in the photos, with small details that make the place seem chic and updated. The tv was easy to operate and has allllll the channels. There was lots of room for our family… sitting on the back patio, lounging on the oversized sectional in the living room, or gathered around the dining room table. We walked to Cacciatore & Sons… and there was a brisket place approx 2 blocks away that smelled delicious but we ran out of time and didn’t get to try it. The neighbors are sooooo quiet… sitting on the back patio we could hear birds and gentle breezes but no noise from the neighbors. It’s not one of the downtown luxury hotels but it’s a solid choice for the price. p.s. Definitely recommend Hales Black Brick (near Hyde Park) if you’re looking for an upscale dining experience that’s fun and different from everyone else’s go-to list. The chef is creative and puts out super delicious Asian fusion food.

A complete misrepresentation.

The property was run down, dirty, and there were roaches in the bedroom. We contacted the host immediately upon discovering this and did not hear back for 20 hours. We informed her that we were leaving the property and wanted a refund. I contacted VRBO and they also could not contact her. This listing looks like a nice place to stay and maybe it was at one time but it is not any longer. The patio shown is not there, the grill is broken the walls are cracked and dirty. Do not stay here.

Very Disappointed

We were very excited for our stay in Tampa the pictures were beautiful and I have used VRBO frequently so I had no worries. Well I guess you cannot believe everything you see. The checkin process was a nightmare. We were told we can check in at 4 to just drop our bags off but the cleaning was not complete so we had to leave until 5:30 PM which was quite aggravating after a long day traveling..the thing that was quite surprising is the inside looked nothing like the pictures. It was obvious the inside was staged for the pictures. The only thing good was the kitchen. The dining room chairs were outdoor chairs that were so low my chin almost hit the table. The outside looked nothing like the pictures! It looked so much worse. It also was obvious the rug in the living room had not been cleaned maybe ever? The couch was so uncomfortable you could not sit back. I was happy we had to leave early due to a medical issue. I contacted the host she never got back to me for 2 or 3 days. So all I can say is to please don’t always believe what you see.

Overall good place to stay

We were there just for two nights prior to getting on a cruise. The biggest issue I had was the smell in the room outside (very strong odor, not necessarily bad but not pleasant) and the lack of cooking items which would have been an issue if we stayed longer. Other than that, it was a good location and nice set up outside with the covered patio and seating

Tampa trip

We had a great time staying in this house. Very close to Raymond James Stadium, Ybor City, the Florida Aquarium and the River Walk. Very comfortable beds too! Kitchen is well equipped and the patio area was very quaint.

It was a close drive and convenient to many things. The beds were very comfortable. The shower in the casita didnt really work so everyone had to shower in the main house The washing machine was leaking and only worked when usong hot water and there wasnt many pans to use when we went to cook breakfast one day. It was a good valie for the cost of 3 bedrooms.

Innings Music Fest 2023

Had a great time in Tampa @ this rental. It was spacious and had everything our party of 6 needed. We had a few issues (broken mirror, washing machine wouldn't drain) but the host was very understanding and accommodating. Favorite part was the amazing patio!

Tampa Family Get Together

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa. The place is centrally located. To downtown and St Pete. The host is quick to respond and very accommodating. The place is exactly as pictured. The way the property is set up is perfect for us with having a main house and separate casita with it’s own suite and ac. The backyard is great for barbecuing and just relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Anna, for letting us stay in your little oasis!
