Do not stay at this house
Do not stay at this house. It is mismanaged and not a safe . We encountered broken beds, showers that leak into the kitchen and worst of all. The lower level and its bedrooms flooded with sewage on the first day. All of the sewage from all four levels drains to the basement where it is supposed to be pumped to the street. The pump was not working. We called for help and it took until 10pm before a plumber showed up. He got the pump temporarily working but it would not shut down and said he would be back in the am to clean and fix it permanently. The only way in my mind to truly clean it would be to pull of the wood flooring as sewage would squeeze up thru the cracks when you walked on the floor. The plumber did not return on the next day however a cleaning crew did unfortunately all they did was sweep the floor. On the 3rd day of our stay the plumber finally returned and installed a new pump. Thru all of this we tried to relocate using Vacasa's relocation team. The only thing they could offer is to split all 16 of us up and put us in a hotel near the air port. We did not drive 20 hours to be splits up and stay at the air port for a week. After loosing 3 day of vacation dealing with this mess we had no choice but to stay and try to make the best of it. This is not the first time this has happened now that I see other reviews. I fear for what mold or sewage in under the floor and in the wall of that house. I do not recommend staying at this house.
