The highly popular Flatwoods Park Trail is across the street. It is a 10-mile paved loop in a wooded area with wildlife, located on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. The space features a king bed and a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests can unwind in the living room, which includes a sofa used as a bed and a twin sized cot for a small adult or child ( for extra comfort). See photos of these bed options. With 2 bathrooms, both offer a bathtub for a soothing soak. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you want to freshen up with the hair dryer or keep up with your workouts in the fitness room, this condo has you covered. Enjoy all that Tampa has to offer when you stay at our place. Note: This condo is on the top floor - no elevators - short flight of steps.
