As soon as we stepped into the lobby we were overwhelmed with the smell of weed. It permeated through the entire first floor, and we could also smell a strong cigarette smell throughout the hall by our room even though all rooms nearby were nonsmoking. There was no remote in our room, the hairdryer was busted, and the fan in the bathroom made a noise so loud that it nearly gave me a heart attack every time I turned it on.

The layout was great. The room was so dirty Like they only made sure the bed and shower were good. They didn’t vacuum or clean the floor. There were white dried food spots. Even in the closet there was dried up Roman noodle soup. There was food and used face mask under one bed, we didn’t even check under the other one. The bed shirts were disgusting with white dried up spots. Boogers on the walls, tissues in the sofa bed. We never walked bare on the floors. The hallway had good stains. At night people were loud and very inconsiderate to other fellow hotel guest. The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in (I travel a lot). I do not recommend this hotel. Location isn’t to bad but the cleanliness was horrible.

I like the service because although the room was a disaster, one of their employees named Christian tried his best to help us. He was very kind and did what he could. Also the manager got in contact with me very fast and refunded me every penny. This hotel just needs to be remodeled and the Corp needs to spend a little more money on maintaining it. We stayed here a few years before and the conditions weren’t so bad.

We arrived around midnight, waited to have our check in ready, went to the room and few cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Asked to change rooms and at the second room, same thing, full of little cockroaches in the kitchen sink and stove and even inside drawers of kitchen cabinets. We decided to look for another place to stay. Still waiting on the refund.

They didn't let anyone know upon check in about the pool being closed. We stayed somewhere else the night before and the pool was open. I work in hotels. Something like this is always passed along to the guest during the check in process. The front desk lady was rude. Then when we found out pool was closed they refused to give us a refund. We literally chose this place for the pool and it's proximity to the airport. We basically ruined 2 days. 2 days were worthless and a waste of money. I'll never be back. Also I've spoken to a few other guests who had a bad interaction with the lady at the front desk. 3 actually within days 😮😮

Dirty room. Carpet, restroom, and floors are not clean. They claim to offer free breakfast but is nothing else than dark water (looks like coffee) and granola bars. Nothing else.

I never received a room it was given away when I already paid for it by the previous shift and no room availability with small kids after flying all day and I'm still waiting in lobby for assist from orbit

It worth the $190 per night. Room was very old and outdated. Hotel was directly behind a strip club. Would not stay here again

I booked this as a cheap place in case I had to stay in the Tampa area but expecting to be in Sarasota. The first room smelled of cooking by a former guest and I had a hassle getting changed to another room. Lamps don’t work. The included breakfast consisted of coffee, a packet of instant oatmeal and hot water. Habitable but not enjoyable.

Check in and out was very fast and the staff was helpful.

They didn't let anyone know upon check in about the pool being closed. We stayed somewhere else the night before and the pool was open. I work in hotels. Something like this is always passed along to the guest during the check in process. The front desk lady was rude. Then when we found out pool was closed they refused to give us a refund. We literally chose this place for the pool and it's proximity to the airport. We basically ruined 2 days. 2 days were worthless and a waste of money. I'll never be back. Also I've spoken to a few other guests who had a bad interaction with the lady at the front desk. 3 actually within days 😮😮
