Spring Training Trip

The home was great, the backyard was awesome. The home was comfortable and well stocked. The location provided easy access to Steinbrenner Field and Lakeland. The neighborhood is older, but quiet, the home stand out as a oasis. The backyard patio was a great place to relax and watch TV. The host communicated as needed and was very accommodating. I am hoping the home is available for my next Spring training trip.

Immaculate Stay

My family of seven and I were traveling for a short stay and this home popped up in VRBO's listings. This home was true to it's description. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, adequate spacing, and extremely clean. We will certainly return to this home on a future stay.

Staycation Celebration

I’m a Tampa resident who booked for a surprise celebration for some family and friends as a gift to my partner. The house is beautifully renovated as advertised and was perfect for our needs. We visited during hurricane season and were greeted by mosquitos in the home and outside on the patio but all in all the home was clean, inviting and perfect for our night stay. I loved that the home was family friendly and that I was able to bring along my small dog. Thank you for having us!

Family affair

The property was very beautiful just a few minor hiccup issues. They allowed me to check in early which started off great. Had a few cracks in the kitchen floor and the grill wasn’t cleaned so we had to purchase grill cleaning supplies. We asked for a few things for the outside tv key and the fan remote which was never located. They sent a property listing for the side house that’s on the backyard side of the fenced in yard which they never said some one else had rented so the owner was very annoyed and snapped at me for not verifying it was off limits and never informed me of someone else being in the back yard which was very uncomfortable. Then when they canceled they tried to charge me for the use which I did not use. But eventually had to pay for the last night stay to ensue privacy. We went back and forth but eventually we had to pay an additional $130 for a small space. The property was beautiful but if you book please make sure no one else is booked or you will be sharing the back yard with strangers

Spring Break Visit

The overall stay was very good and the communication with the homeowner/property manager was expedient. The homeowner/property manager tried to accommodate an early check-in by allowing us to drop out luggage off at the house while the residence was being serviced, which was a huge relief. The location is close to all attractions and just a few minutes drive to the airport. The take away comes with all major cities and that is just the overall traffic and construction within the city limits. My family and I enjoyed our stay and put this location on our list of properties to reside at when visiting the Tampa area. Great stay for a group or family and or friends!

Cute house

Love the design and cleanliness of the house. Close to a lot of things in downtown Tampa. Not a lot of parking available, but that is clearly stated in the ad so it wasn’t a surprise. Is an older neighborhood but the house is a real gem. We didn’t stay long as it was a company work trip, so I wish we could’ve enjoyed the other amenities that are offered.

Great downtown hideaway

The host has done a great job with the property! It’s very clean and with all the amenities you need. This property is very close to Ybor city, the convention center and RJ Stadium. A great place to stay that’s close to downtown Tampa.
