Great little hotel! We stayed here twice on the way from Cleveland OH to and from Boston, Ma, back home. It’s middle way and super convenient location. Very clean, staff is so pleasant and helpful. Rooms are quiet, clean, warm. There is mini fridge. No coffee machine but very nice breakfast included. Definitely recommend this hotel! And we will stay here again when traveling to visit family!

The bathroom was cold, it has fan that sucks warm air in and pushes out, the shower pressure was Horrible and we had little to no HOT water lets say we saved ya all water because our showers were QUICK! Other than that it was fine. Our first stay there was Wonderful, second this weekend not so much so with the above cold/ water issue.

I was glad I chose this hotel. I was midway through a long road trip when a snow storm started. I had never stayed at a Tru hotel, but now that I have, I look forward to doing it again. Check-in was slow. The building had 3 floors and my trip up to 3rd floor was quick on the elevator. The room was nice. The TV said “Welcome” and my name. That was a nice touch. Bathroom wasn’t cramped and I slept well in the comfy bed.

Staff was very nice and helpful. From the nice man shoveling snow to the front desk girl to the energetic man at breakfast that made everyone feel happy to the young lady that shuttled us yo the airport. The hotel is very inviting and has a neat look. I love the different seating styles and pods to sit in. I LOVED the Not Soap lemon and sugar. I will be ordering some! Very clean I notice small details and you guys have it! I will definitely be back and tell othets! Thank you!

The room was spotless , the staff were very friendly and professional, the lobby and continental breakfast areas were very clean and modern. The area experienced a heavy snowfall and the parking lot and walkways were well maintained. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend.

Room was expertly cleaned everyday with friendly cleaning staff working around my schedule. Room was spotless everyday. The bed was comfortable, The TV was a good size. The shower had a frameless door and was immaculate. The water temperature was just right and easy to control. I liked the shampoo provided. Breakfast options were extensive and delicious. Hair dryer worked well. Fitness room & equipment was clean and well maintained. I stayed 5 days over Christmas and had a great experience at this hotel. I would recommend it to others.
