There were a couple of very minor things to address when we checked in, but Catherine made sure everything was taken care of very quickly. Her communication was excellent! My grandsons loved the video games and my granddaughters loved having the big dining room table to play games and do crafts with Gramma. The house was perfect for our three-generation get-away, and the convenience of having shopping, a playground, and nature trails right there was a big plus!

Family Trip 2025

Beautiful home, lots of space for everyone to decompress after a day of hiking...but cozy enough to bring us all together during meals and family movie/game night!All you need to know was nicely spelled out in the binder, check-in/out was easy.Nice sized beds in all the rooms, loved the washroom on the upper level too.Location was perfect to get last min items, order in, take a walk/run....most things we did were within 1.5 hours and we were hiking a mtn.Kitchen was nicely equipped with everything you needed...the only thing that made me nervous....was the glassware and 3 boys...but we made it without any disasters.Hosts were friendly, responsive and respectful. I would book this place again and again.Thank you for the memories made here!

Great Family Fun

Great Stay in a Fun, Cozy Home!This house was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. It’s super cozy, and the mountain backdrop views are absolutely stunning. The guys had a blast with all the games in the house—it definitely kept everyone entertained. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but still just a few minutes from restaurants, shops, and anything else you might need. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation to CO

This property is exactly as listed. The location is great. We were able to visit Boulder, RMNP, Golden and Denver without any issues. The trail out back was great for morning and evening walks or runs. You are only about 15 minutes from Eldorado Canyon SP which offers great hiking for the whole family, too. The host was incredible-answering questions quickly and even ordering a couple of small kitchen items that we asked about while we were there.The neighborhood was nice and quiet and plenty of sidewalks for an evening stroll. There is a Target with full grocery store right up the street making it very easy to get what you need for your stay.

We had an excellent stay at Catherine’s Views & Golden Tee. The home was spotless and it had all the amenities needed for a great stay with our family. I especially liked how close it was to Boulder and Rocky Mtn NP. The views were beautiful and yet convenient shopping like Target and Whole Foods was just a 10 minute walk out of the front door. Founders Park playground, a 5 minute walk away was also a hit with our grands. And of course they loved all of the games in the house!

Beautiful home in great location!

The home is beautiful, as well as very comfortable. It's in a great location and we loved being able to walk to the trails from the house. Also, there's a huge shopping center that's a two minute drive away. Easy to walk to. Additional, more challenging trails are within an easy drive of the house. The house is well-appointed with everything you might need for your stay, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The host was very generous in supplying coffee capsules, tea, wine, and some snacks. We had no expectation of any of these being provided and had brought our own, so it was a nice surprise when we arrived to find things there. There is a great view of the hills and mountains from the living area, which makes it very relaxing. Our party had six adults, but this home would be great for families. Kids (and adults) would have a great time in the TV/Game room in the basement. Catherine, the host was very gracious and readily available to assist with anything we needed. I highly recommend the home and location!

House with a view!

The home was spacious and very comfortable. Smart TVs in every room. There is access to a trail behind the home and there is a Starbucks/Target just a short 10 minute walk away. I liked that the home had extras like paper towels, garbage bags, blankets, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in every bathroom, lots of k-cups for the kuerig, etc. All the beds were pretty firm except one so if your group likes a softer mattress keep this in mind. Golden tee was a hit with the guys in our family. Location was perfect.

Family Friendly Home

This home was perfectly set up for families. The views were stunning. It was extremely clean. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Superior or neighboring cities. Boulder was a quick 20 min drive. We could not have asked for more!

Fun & football

We made this our home base for our visit to Boulder to watch our son play football against CU. The location is perfect and the view out the back is gorgeous! My adult kids and the dads loved the Golden tee game and ALL the video games. The house is just beautiful and so clean! The beds are very comfortable and there are thoughtful touches everywhere. We LOVED our stay in this spacious house and would love to stay again for any future visits to this area!

Amazing home

Catherine was a great host! The house is amazing. All pictures listed are accurate. The house is very clean and spacious. We had a slight hiccup with checking in and Catherine made sure to reach out to me as soon as she could. And she was always in contact throughout the whole stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful House

This property had all the amenities needed. It was brand new and sparkled. I’m guessing it was professionally decorated since it looked like a model home. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Excellent property and excellent host

Our family had a wonderful time at the property. The home was beautiful, comfortable (the beds are super comfortable!) and immaculate. Catherine, our host, was friendly, responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We had a great stay and hope to stay in this beautiful home again.
