Pet-Friendly Waterfront Hideaway
Summary:
With four bedrooms, three spacious living areas, two terraces overlooking the water and a private sandy beach, this Noosa Heads property offers generous room to relax and enjoy a superb waterfront location.
The Space:
Sitting at the end of an emerald green canal, the deluxe home is accessed through a rainforest entrance way, upholding the wonderful idea that first impressions count. From there the delights of life by the water unfold in stunning and seamless fashion.
Ideal for families or a few couples, the retreat evokes the feel of a tropical island hideaway. A soothing neutral colour scheme pairs beautifully with striking timber features, while vibrant furnishings bathe in the gentle sunshine drawn inside through the extensive use of glass stacker doors and louvres.
With bedrooms positioned for privacy, the master suite upstairs accesses a private outdoor area, which presents a long view up and along the canal. The alfresco area downstairs offers a different perspective on the same stretch of water, best enjoyed from sunloungers, the sparkling inground pool or the undercover dining table set up for outdoor entertaining.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen allows for easy preparation of meals at home, overlooking thoughtfully zoned spaces for dining, conversation and watching TV from the comfort of cosy sofas. It’s the ultimate relaxation zone – at least until the call to adventure beckons.
From the property’s small sandy beach, guests can take to the canal for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding or even a cooling dip in its emerald depths. Nearby, and equally dazzling, are the sparkling blue waters of the ocean, with the famed shoreline of Noosa’s Main Beach sitting just a flat five-minute walk away. Here, under cloudless skies, the golden sands and azure waters offer an invitation to while away an hour, a morning or even a whole day. With a panorama that evolves from sun up through to sun down, it’s an experience not to be missed.
For nature lovers, nearby Noosa National Park is a lush playground begging for exploration while there’s also a surfing break for active visitors keen to tackle the waves. For enthusiastic photographers there are gorgeous scenes to photograph at every turn. And that’s before you even get to Hastings St.
A precinct that really needs no introduction, this iconic retail and restaurant strip is an ideal destination to browse and buy, parade and people watch or simply indulge in fresh seasonal fare served with spectacular views of Laguna Bay. It’s delicious, decadent, unforgettable and just minutes from a home with a great outlook, superb location and welcoming vibe. What more could you ever look for?
