Inside, unwind in the open-plan studio with air conditioning—perfect for a seaside escape.



The Space:

Designed for simple comfort, this bright open-plan studio offers everything you need for relaxed beachside living just steps from Shelly Beach. Inside, the design is simple yet welcoming. High ceilings and large sliding doors fill the space with natural light, while soft neutral tones and timber details create a relaxed feel. The living area invites you to slow down—stretch out on the leather sofa, watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or open the doors to let the sea breeze flow through.



The kitchenette keeps things practical and stress-free, featuring a fridge, portable electric hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and even a front-loading washing machine for added convenience. A small dining table for two sits nearby—perfect for easy breakfasts before heading out for a swim or coastal walk.



The plush king bed promises restful sleep, with air conditioning and a ceiling fan ensuring year-round comfort. A built-in wardrobe keeps things tidy, and a porta cot is available for those travelling with a little one. The ensuite bathroom features a glass shower, vanity, and toilet, with bi-fold doors opening directly onto the deck.



Step into your private deck and unwind on the shaded lounge surrounded by palms and greenery. Cook on the BBQ, pour a drink by the fireplace as the evening cools, and let the night settle in around you.



Please note that the home next door is currently under construction, and some noise may be heard during the day. The main house behind is not available for guest use. Driveway parking is not permitted—street parking only.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the bungalow at the front of the property. Please note that the main house located behind the bungalow is not available for guest use. Parking in the driveway is not permitted, please utilise street parking only. Please note the home next door is under construction.



The Neighborhood:

Leave the car parked and explore on foot—everything you need is close by. The beach is just a two-minute stroll from your stay, with coastal walking tracks, playgrounds and cafés within easy reach. Walk twelve minutes to Moffat Beach’s lively main street, home to great coffee, casual dining and a large seaside playground. Kings Beach is only 1.3 kilometres away, offering a patrolled surf beach, oceanfront pool, surf club and relaxed beachfront cafés.



When you’re ready to venture further, Caloundra’s main street is a five-minute drive. Maroochydore Airport is about thirty minutes away, while Brisbane Airport and the CBD can be reached in just over an hour. Day trips are easy—visit Australia Zoo, Mooloolaba, SEA LIFE, Kawana Shoppingworld, or the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. For a change of pace, head to Maleny, Montville or Kondalilla Falls in around thirty minutes, or continue north to Noosa National Park in under an hour.



Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 600m to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
