Our retreat is nestled about 200 yds from one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in the US. It comes with a boat slip in our community dock and includes access to a pickleball, tennis and basketball court. Lake Keowee covers about 18,500 acres and is known for its crystal clear water that is cool even in the summer months. Enjoy fishing, water sports, waterfalls and more all within close range! Our home is in a private, gated community and is only a 25 minute drive to Clemson University. It is under an hour drive to other popular attractions and cities such as Greenville SC, the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, Cashiers, Brevard, and Hendersonville NC. Art and craft festivals are plentiful in the spring and fall.
This home was once a clubhouse so the main floor is filled with natural sunlight yet offers privacy, boasting an open concept design. There are 3 newly finished bedrooms on the lower level as well as a toddler bed and a portable full size roll a way bed.
Gate code, house lockbox and boat slip information will be sent prior to your arrival.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
