Local grocery store, ice cream stand, liquor store, restaurants,bars, 2 golf courses, a public dock that is across the road from the rental, a marina across the road from the rental, a village boat launch at Little Sodus one block away from rental, Fair Haven State Park that is a 2 minute drive from rental but can be walked to also. Most everything is within walking distance golf-courses are a short drive. We offer Fast Wi FI, TV’s in every bedroom, large dining room eating area, kitchen with all new appliances. This is a non smoking home.
