Adjacent to a national forest, the home serves as a quiet retreat, and yet is only minutes from the lake and multiple beaches, ski resort, shopping, casinos and downtown.

After a full day of adventures, relax under the stars in our new 7-person premium saltwater hot tub. This 3-level home offers 4 BR, 3.5 BA, 2 fireplaces and a downstairs entertainment/game room that features Ping Pong, Foosball and a big-screen TV.

Inside the home, you’ll find 4 spacious bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, 2 fireplaces and a wrap-around deck

Great house for Family!

We really enjoyed the house and especially the well appointed rooms, kitchen and Rec room! It was well supplied with everything we needed including games, beach towels, etc. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The only issue was the jets in the jacuzzi tub in Master Bathroom we’re dirty. But other than that it was very clean. Thank you!!

The property was even nicer than the pictures make it look. This was the perfect location for a ski weekend with some friends! Kitchen was well equipped, living room and basement/game room were great for lounging, the hot tub was clean and hot, the beds were all warm and comfortable, etc. etc. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Tahoe with a group.

Fabulous House in a Great Location

The house is nicer in person than in photos. I usually spend an hour to disinfect rentals when we arrive but this house was spotless and I barely had to do anything. They had the Christmas tree decorated and nice touches around the house to make it very welcoming and resort like. There was a great selection of board games in addition to the ping pong table and foosball for the children to enjoy. If you have infants/toddlers or elderly people staying with you note there are 3 levels of stairs to climb. This would be a 5 star rental had it not been for the master bath and garage/parking situation. There was a lot of mold and dirt that came out of the jetted tub in the master bathroom so the jets really need a deep cleaning. As for the garage, our Audi Q7 could not fit inside. Maybe our car is too long but the other problem was that there were old mattresses on one side and a large refrigerator in the middle of the other side. The listing said 2 cars could fit inside the garage and 2 outside and I think you have to specify what type of cars can fit inside or list the dimensions of the garage so renters are aware. It also would have helped if they communicated that there were large items stored in the garage, luckily we only had one car. In addition, the driveway is narrow and steep, you have to reverse down the driveway to get out and it may be difficult for some people if there was a lot of snow. Overall we really enjoyed our week stay and would rent again.

This is our second stay at this house and we plan to come back again! The house was immaculate and well stocked. Beautifully decorated with gorgeous views. The house sits on a hill which made it fun for our son to go sledding. The property manager was easy to work with. She was very responsive with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Christmas Vacation 2019

The property was beautiful. The house was amazing. There was no need to go into town for entertainment. We had no reason to contact the property management company during our stay. Leading up to the trip however I had several questions to which they were very quick to respond and always friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped and plenty of linens. I received many comments on our pictures taken from the house as a “Hallmark Christmas”. We will return to this property. It was a great experience for my first time to South Lake Tahoe.

Everything about the house was perfect! Beautiful interior, clean and everything functioning. Close to Heavenly Resort so we could hike, go out to eat and just hangout easily. Our family had a great stay here - the house is clean and bright, the kitchen was fully stocked, there was plenty of room, and all of the bedrooms were very comfortable. The house is close to beaches, hiking, and the lake. We had a couple of questions while we were there and the property management company was super responsive and helpful before and during our stay.
