Welcome to The Salty Dawg – your home away from home. This completely renovated second floor condo offers the perfect space to relax and entertain. Enjoy the morning sun on the private balcony with a cup of coffee, or connect with friends and family in the open family room that is complete with Xfinity cable, a Smart TV, board games, cards, puzzles and books. The beautiful primary bedroom and bathroom boasts a King bed, custom closet, Smart TV, double vanities and a luxurious walk-in shower with glass sliding doors. The secondary bedroom offers a twin bed and a full/twin bunk, a Smart TV and a convenient large closet. The secondary bathroom has been tastefully designed with double vanities and a tiled shower/tub combo. The fully equipped kitchen includes all new stainless-steel appliances, a full sized washer and dryer, a full sized pantry, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, quartz breakfast bar and more. Step outside to enjoy the 16-acre community, complete with 2 pools (one is heated, one has kiddie pool), 2 tennis/pickle ball courts, large playground, private stocked lake for fishing, and a fully equipped clubhouse with Wi-Fi, business center, fitness room, kitchen, game room, ping pong table, cornhole and additional laundry facilities. Plus, so much more for you to explore, including green space, gas grills, a dog park, benches, swings, docks, and a wraparound porch to enjoy the fountain and watch the ducks! It's all within walking distance to the village, lighthouse, pier, shops, restaurants, bike rentals and less than a mile to the public beach access with plenty of parking. Unit has its own secure WIFI and Xfinity cable TV. NO PETS and no smoking.

Everything was great! We needed 2 condos and put 2 moms(our daughters) and children(our grands) in H6 and us in L1, as we needed ground level. Kids loved the bunk beds in H6 and we loved the ease and location of L1. Both condos immaculate, well-equipped, and nicely decorated.

Great spot

The condo is super clean, and decorated very nicely. Bedding and linens were very comfy. Not much in the way of paper products, toiletries or spices, but nothing a run to the dollar store couldn’t help. The community is very quiet, neat, and close enough to walk to the village. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is nicely updated. The master mattress is a bit soft, so it's perfect if you like a soft bed. Great communication from the management of the unit. The location is great, just a short bike ride or walk to the pier area for restaurants and sight seeing. We would rent here again.

Perfect condo

The place was amazing and as described. Everything was updated and modern. There were a number of families from our travel baseball team all in the same complex and everyone that stopped by commented on how this unit was updated compared to theirs. Highly recommend staying here. Everything went smoothly!!
