Great stay!

The house and property are lovely. Close to beach but still in a quiet residential area. Lots of room. We had a toddler with us and it was easy to baby-proof. Recommend for families or anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Ahhh the pool

The Mermaid House was the perfect place to gather for a relaxing time with our family and local friends. The house was well appointed with everything you’d need. They even provided little extras like Kcups and condiments. The pool was the highlight, absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back. The only drawback is the side yard is situated on a semi busy/noisy road, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Thank you to the host. 😁

Family Phillies Trip

The house was roomy and clean. The pool was wonderful! Short ride to Clearwater, Tampa, and an even shorter ride to the beach!!! Previous reviews complained of neighbors, but at no time did a neighbor approach. Great week- easy entry to the house and a spacious garage! I would rent again!!!

Great Home Away from Home

The property was just as it was advertised. This piece of paradise was located nicely between Indian Sands, Clearwater, and Indian Shores. The host was easy to contact and they responded within 8 hrs via email. We enjoyed our stay!

Great house, except before we even got out of the car he was over there. Pretty much yelling at us twlling us if we wanted to be loud to go stay by the beach. We are all adults no kids abd i assure you we were inside relaxing by 10.

Great space and pool

Had a great getaway with 10 family members. Property had room for everyone to have their space. Hanging out at the pool was the favorite for all. Property manager was professional and answered any questions we may have had very quickly. Would highly recommend property.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The Mermaid house was an amazing vacation home! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes in the Florida area but we have never been in one that was so nicely equipped. They thought of everything. Dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, even ziplock bags, spices, k-cups, I could go on and on. Also, the owner and I talked several times because I had questions about how to operate the pool and he literally answered me within 5 minutes each time. He was hands down the most helpful host I have ever rented from. One thing to note is that the house is on a busy road. It's not the main road but there is a lot of traffic during rush hour. This never affected our stay there, though, and the privacy fence completely shields you from this road and gives you the feeling that you are in your own private oasis. It was a fabulous home!

Such a beautiful home for our Spring Break family vacation! The pool was wonderful! House was stocked with all you need. Plenty of room for our family. Super close to Indian Rocks beach. Owner was helpful and checked in during our stay. Would definitely book again!

The home was lovely. Well appointed. It was clean and well maintained. Great place for family gathering. Places to eat, drink, play games and entertain were great. Loved the pool. Lots of places close by to enjoy, beach, botanical gardens, restaurants and bars. Very dog friendly.

Family reunion

We had a family reunion for 10 adults, could not have went better. House was plenty large enough for everyone to spread out, great outside area around the pool to socialize , stores etc in walking distance , house is very well stocked with everything you need even beach items , beach is 1 mile away , it is as advertised , Enjoy

Family fun

As soon as we walked in the front door we were amazed at what we were seeing the main house was very spacious bedrooms/bathroom were very clean Pool house was very clean nice place for gathering for our friends and family Second guest house was very nice as well the grilling area had enough room for everyone to sit outside to talk and just visit with each other The only negative thing that I have is to say a couple of the trees outback didn’t look real healthy that they could be cut down because I feel like they’re blocking the sun from the sun tanning area I would definitely recommend this house to anyone to rent my family and friends may even come back

Winter get away.

Property is nice. The house is very nice, although the cleaning people could do a better job, all and all it is a nice house. They let you use the whole house, yard and even the garage! 4 out of 5 stars just because it wasn’t on the beach.
