The hosts were available by text and checked in and updated us, as needed. The house had so many wonderful features and was beautifully decorated. It was also well equipped to cook in. A sea turtle laid eggs on the beach right behind the house while we were there and we got to see the folks come and set up the protective measures for the eggs. We all loved our stay!

Amazing house with world class access to the beach. Perfect place for multiple families to stay together and enjoy each other’s company while also having their own quiet spaces to unwind. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable. Major attention to detail on the decor. Trip of a lifetime.

This house was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the beach and the pool. It was a perfect vacation! The property manager was great!

Spring get-away

Check in was super easy. House was very clean and best stocked house we have ever rented. Location was wonderful. Rental folks were great and very attentive. Would highly recommend this property.

Sea Oats and Bungalow, Best Family Vacay Ever!!!

Absolutely loved this HGTV type house and our stay!!! We had three families and this house was perfect to be together, spread out and enjoy great memories! The convenience of easy beach access, pool, covered decks and peace and quiet was so relaxing. House was totally stocked with everything you would need as well as pool and beach toys. Great location to restaruants, shopping and water sports! Can't wait to return!!!

Absolutely perfect!

This was “our home” for 8 days and the owners and Seaside Properties do a wonderful job of making you feel as though you are in your home relocated to beautiful IRB. The owners have exquisite beach-themed decor - which is sometimes not provided in a rental home. This was an amazing place to stay and we cannot wait to return. The location is very close to many restaurants in walking distance.

Great Get Away

The property was very nice and clean. A beautiful experience. Parking was even adequate for three vehicles. The stairs were a little stories but we managed. Pool area was excellent. Used the grill one night for hamburgers/hot dogs! Thank you all for your hospitality.

Easy access to the beach. The bedrooms in separate floors and the bungalow gave each family some space of their own. We will be back next year. We used the grill a few times. Lots of nice places to eat. We did take out most of the time with the small children. Thank you for a memorable week.
