Do not stay here!

There was black mold and fungus growing in the restroom. There was a cigarette left in the closet in my nonsmoking room. Listing claims on site parking was available, parking was by permit only. I have been trying to contact the property for the last week and have been unsuccessful.

Not as advertised. The property is a dump. The shared bathroom was not clearly disclosed at time of reservation/purchase. The door jam was damaged. There were towels stuffed in the window. The comforter and pillow sham were stained. There was water damage/peeling paint on the ceiling. The AC couldn't be used without creative pinning of the curtains. Suggest Expedia not allow this venue to continuing listing. I sent photos to the phone number that contacted me about check-in, but there was no response.

BUYER BEWARE. This listing is not as described. We arrived to two dirty freezing rooms that smell like mold and mildew, had no hot water, no heating, and an uncontactable host. We paid separately for parking on their online portal and there were no parking spots, and the parking pass which was reportedly required was never given. When trying to contact the host about the lack of heat or hot water, they were unavailable. We were forced to leave and get accomodations elsewhere. Upon request of a refund, the host "Brittany" finally called and was vulgar and hostile, very unprofessional and suspicious for scam. This property should be deplatformed from expedia. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

This experience was a nightmare. Couldn't get inside the property at first, was not given the "executive" room I paid extra for, communication was rude and inefficient, and the room I was given was a mess - wallpaper peeling from the ceiling, uncleaned shower with soap and scum everywhere. When I arrived at the property, my code did not work. I sat on the front steps for 45 minutes trying to call the host, being sent to voicemail each time, only to get text responses saying I was doing it wrong. "Hello. All door code access was sent via email and SMS at 2:30pm today. Please see to either of those options for details. Thank you" - this was the text I got at 7:30pm after leaving 2 voicemails. After blowing them up for more phone calls, the same code I was trying magically started working. Weird, huh? No apology, just another text, "We can see here you have access the property. Thank you." I booked their executive suite, but was given Room 1, which was downstairs, did not have amenities it said it did, it was just not the room that was pictured. The room and sheets were cleaned, but the bathroom was untouched. It did have a private bathroom, but there was a shared door separating my private bathroom from the next rooms - when I walked in the room I could hear what I thought was somebody in my bathroom taking a shower. I could hear everything that went on in the neighboring rooms bathroom even with both doors shut. The sink was not even in the bathroom. Would not go back again.
