Casa adosada completamente nueva de 4 habitaciones, 3 baños completos, 2800 pies cuadrados con garaje para 2 autos, ubicada en el centro de la galardonada Clearwater Beach.

Excelente ubicación con numerosos restaurantes y todo lo necesario para unas fantásticas vacaciones de playa a pocos pasos. La unidad Prime End se ha decorado profesionalmente con una decoración contemporánea de playa.

El piso principal en el segundo nivel tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con mostradores de cuarzo de silestone que se abren al comedor donde hay una gran mesa con asientos para 8 y 3 lugares adicionales en el bar. La sala de estar principal y el balcón tienen asientos con vista a la hermosa bahía de Clearwater.

Además de la relajante vista al agua, la sala de estar está equipada con un televisor inteligente de 60 pulgadas que ofrece cable y servicio limitado bajo demanda gratuito. Un cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora se encuentra al lado de la cocina. El dormitorio ubicado en este piso tiene una cama queen size con un cómodo colchón de espuma viscoelástica.

El tercer piso cuenta con la Master Suite y 2 habitaciones más, todas con camas king size y cómodos colchones de espuma viscoelástica. La suite principal incluye un baño grande con ducha y bañera con vista al agua. Hay un acogedor balcón junto al maestro donde puede sentarse y disfrutar de la vista del agua. Cada habitación está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 40-48 pulgadas.

Se puede acceder a la planta baja a través de la puerta principal, el garaje o las puertas correderas junto al agua. La planta baja incluye un área de medios con un televisor inteligente de 65 pulgadas y un sofá cama Queen con un colchón de espuma de memoria mejorado.

El patio privado en la planta baja se encuentra directamente al lado de la piscina estilo centro turístico con parrillas de spa y gas y conduce a los muelles y al deslizamiento del barco escriturado que puede acomodar un barco de 40 pies.

Beautiful views right on the bay and great central location for walking to spots around Clearwater Beach. Loved the proximity to the pool, which had lots of shade during the day and was great for our little ones. Our host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay!

It was a beautiful place to stay in. The view was so nice and location was perfect. The two families that stayed said it was better than advertised. We also saw dolphins right in the back of our place on the first day. Thank you for an amazing time!!

The home was just beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Great views and lots of dolphins! Great location and in walking distance to everything. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back again.

An amazing place

Weekend with Family

Our experience was more than expected. The unit was furnished beautifully and plenty of room for all. The boat slip was a plus for us to enjoy gheboat too.

Safe spacious great view

The house was excellent equipped with all that you may need for pool nd beach from toys umbrellas chairs you name it they have it..the house is close to a lot of shops restaurants entertainment and just 2blocks from beach...

Clearwater getaway

Couldn’t been happier with our accommodation. We had plenty of room for two youthful families. The house and location was spot on. We were able to walk to dinner, stores and the beach easily. The owners hospitality and communication was excellent. I would recommend and plan on staying in this home again.

Such a GREAT PROPERTY!!!

We stayed here over Xmas break with our family. Absolutely beautiful and clean property. Within walking distance to food and shopping. A very short drive to Publix and Sam’s. We loved the clean pool area. The views are amazing! We have older kids 21-24 and we all had enough room.

Family Vacay

My family and I celebrated my brother’s 50th birthday here and we had a blast! All 9 of us, 8 adults and 1 child. The home is beautiful and the location is perfect. The host’s have thoroughly thought out and made all the necessary accommodations to ensure a very memorable experience. They had all the beach necessities and fishing poles and tackle etc… We would love to return in the near future.

Beautiful property. Being next to the pool can be quite noisy. Quite a few places share the same pool. The pool wasn’t heated as advertised.

Holiday celebration with family.

My adult children and young grandchildren all came together from different parts of the US and so enjoyed our time at Coleen's home. We loved the pool and close access to the beach. We had our holiday dinner at our rental and had all the kitchen necessities required to cook and serve a holiday meal. We had plenty of room for our family and enjoyed the gorgeous view every day. I did send some inquiries to Colleen,(such as how to work the heat and she responded right away). We had a wonderful time and would go back again!

Beautiful & convenient property close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was approx .4 miles to the beach & close to many restaurants. The condo provided beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a wagon. This condo is on the end of the unit right next to the pool; which was convenient as we had a bunch of teenagers that enjoyed the pool. The pool is a nice size; much larger than most shared pools. We used instacart a couple of times to deliver food & snacks to the condo. Overall, we would stay here again, you won't be disappointed with the location or the space.

Stunning!

We just spent the absolute best long weekend in Clearwater with 4 couples for a surprise 40th! This townhouse is incredible. We lacked for nothing, the pool and hot tub are conveniently located to the house. Every one in our party was raving about how clean and comfortable the home is! Thank you so much for taking care of us, and for being a phone call away with answers to questions and recommendations. We will be back soon!

Gorgeous Property in a Perfect Clearwater Location

We had an amazing stay in this condo at Brightwater Blue. The location is within walking distance to so many restaurants, and the beach is a short, 8-10 minute walk. We were extremely impressed at the amenities they offered, including everything you would possibly need for the beach! Inside the condo, everything seemed brand new, and the appliances worked well. A big plus to this property is the location of the community pool right next door. Also, my son loved fishing right off the docks every morning, and we saw dolphins almost every day. We met two guards on staff at the property who were so friendly. Honestly, there is not a negative about this place. We can't wait to return again and will book this exact place. Thanks, Colleen!

Beautiful home & Great Location

Our stay was great. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. The pool area was amazing as well. However it would of been nice to have some umbrellas to escape the sun at times. The beds were extremely firm. If you don't prefer to sleep on a firm mattress, this house is not for you. You can't beat the location. It's within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. This house had everything you needed for a beach day. Thank you for sharing your home.
