Family Get Together

We love the property! Everything in it is brand new. The kitchen is fully stocked. Communication with the manager/owner was immediate. The whole family loved the place and we loved watching the fish jump in the water as well as the dolphin sightings each day. Would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable and new

Everything was brand new and completely remodeled I'm assuming from the hurricane. The home was really nice and very clean. There were a few things that were negative, like the listing showed a pool table and other games that were not there on property. The pool is extremely small only 6' wide by 14' long and the photos appeared as though the pool was average size. We purchased 2 fishing rods and left them on property for the other future guests. Thank you

Beautiful Views

The house was just as decribed and the views where beautiful. Very clean and the host was very responsive to questions I had when we arrived. We would have preferred softer beds, more pillows and blankets. Some items were missing from kitchen such as a pizza cutter, oven mits and some better spatula's. Nothing that was a big deal! I have no complaints and would rent from this host again.

Gorgeous home!!!

This house is beautiful and met all expectations!. We had a wonderful time, and didn’t even mind that it rained as we got to enjoy all the amenities the home offered. A short drive to beach and restaurants, and Madeira beach is beautiful! Only downfalls were the Kayaks were broken and we were only able to use one, and we could not regulate the temperature on the pool/hot tub (it is one feature BTW). We wish we could have turned up the heat a bit as it was chilly. Other than that we were so impressed by this gorgeous home.

Relaxing Retreat

We stayed here with our adult children and had such a great time. It’s the kind of place that you can enjoy just being. No need to go elsewhere though there is so much to do nearby as well. Great kitchen, comfy beds and huge amount of welcoming common space. I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Home was just as listed. Our favorite part was the pool table and dock, plenty of seating. Was nice to have kayaks to check out the bay. Kitchen was stocked. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Easy to get to beach. We even walked a few times. Restaurant/restrooms at beach were nice. Chairs and umbrellas reasonable to rent. The house did have beach chairs as well.

Great for Relaxing

My two best friends and I have been taking a weekend for relaxation and fun in the sun since 1989. We prefer individual rooms so Vivian's place fit our needs well. The house is very roomy for three guys but could easily handle two couples and a couple kids on the bunk. We loved all the seating on the boat dock and enjoyed dolphins at times. The garage was converted to a game room and we loved the pool table in the enclosed sunroom. Pictures are very accurate. The kitchen is very well equipped with excellent appliances, good dishes and utensils, and all the small kitchen gadgets you could ever need. I loved having the grill just outside the game room and the small dipping pool is a great add-on. The house has great open water views and it's a quick ride to beaches. There ae many great restaurants nearby and grocery stores near and far. It's a great place and I highly recommend it. David

Great views in a quiet spot

Property is in a great location for quiet relaxing with a view, as well as for paddle boarding or kayaking. The pool table was a big hit for us, as was the heated pool too. Unfortunately, we were disappointed that the advertised kayak (one of two) was broken ( i would have brought mine!), the fire pit in photos and listed in amenities was non-existent: very barebones kitchen supplies (one bowl, no oven mitts, no coffee pot etc), the advertised basketball hoop game was not working, the one towel each that we got were dingy and very old, the tissues were empty and there were no extra blankets when i got cold. Overall very clean, great location and attentive manager, but the amenities need attention for me to stay again.

Great property!

Very clean, remodeled home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great dock and they provide plenty of activities for the family like fishing poles, kayaks, game room, pool table. Property manager was easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect waterfront vacation!

Amazing waterfront views! We saw dolphins and manatee right off the dock everyday! The house has plenty of amenities to occupy both adults and children! Highly recommended! Look forward to staying here again!

Family Trip To St Petersburg

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there was plenty to do for the kids and the adults. The view of the water from the dock was amazing. Making trips to the beach was very easy too, only a short drive away. Vivian was very responsive to any questions that we had. If we made another trip to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location !

This house was just as advertised- near beaches and shopping- beautifully situated on a waterway- gorgeous sunsets every evening and very comfortable. Host was very responsive to questions and the check in was very easy. Loved this place!!

Recently remodeled. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable bed. Continue the makeover with chests of drawers in bedrooms 2&3. Add lighting over pool table or move table. Invest in a few pool cues. Instructions for TV would be helpful.

Awesome spot

We specifically chose this property because it had a boat lift and dock area as we came with a boat to fish for the week. The location is perfect with a Publix right down the street and the bridge to beach access right past the publix. The house has a ton of room. Everything has been very recently upgraded. Two game rooms, all new appliances and bathrooms. Really nothing this property didnt have. We will definitely stay here again.
