Second floor, two bedroom condo with a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico from the bedroom windows. Queen size bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in second bedroom. Remodeled bathroom, new flat screen TV in living room, also TV in the master bedroom and ceiling fan with remote in living room. Steps to the Beach! Gulf Winds Resort is snuggled in quieter section of St. Pete Beach with the beach directly across the street. The property features a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, a laundry room and it's conveniently located to restaurants and local shops on Corey Avenue. Vacation condos have full kitchens and all the comforts of home.

Note: This unit is located next to a recently opened restaurant and bar that occasionally hosts late-night events, including karaoke. While some may enjoy the lively atmosphere, light sleepers or those seeking a quieter experience may wish to consider this before booking.

Location was fantastic. Walls and ceiling are very thin. We could hear the people above and below us talking, watching tv, listening to music (late) and walking/running/jumping. Otherwise, it was good.

Excellent location & nice updates

We liked this place, overall. The recent updates were very impressive. It was an easy walk to the beach; even when carrying the chairs and umbrella. We saw dolphins every night at sunset at the inlet on the north side of Upham beach park. The only drawbacks we had was the lack of internet service. It was accessible, but you couldn’t do anything with it.

Spring Break 2021

Good location. Guest entries really need to be spruced up. All cinder block and cement, feels creepy. Our rental was decorated nicely. Clean and no bugs. Would highly recommend upgrading the beds to something comfortable with nicely fitted sheets. The sheets did not fit any of these small mattresses making it look and feel messy. A bit sketchy feeling because of the sloppiness.
