It shares the outdoor laundry facilities with the main house on premise. Located near downtown Clearwater, across from a private community garden, 1-2 blocks walking distance to Nature's Food Patch, CVS, Save-A-Lot and Family Dollar plaza. 10min to the popular Clearwater Beach. reliable fiber internet with fast speed, Free Wi-Fi, utilities included.
