Loved all the activities -outside and in, and heated pool. Plenty of kitchen supplies, and coffee pods were nice touch. Had trouble getting in initially and had to use 3rd code option provided, otherwise great host communication. Cute property, matched description. Was a little wary of neighborhood when driving in, but no issues. 10 minute drive or so to nice beach. Recommend 'Amici' as a restaurant within close drive. Long wait but great food. Overall worked great for our short visit!

We had the best time ever! The house had so many fun games, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The management company was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions, which we truly appreciated. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to do, yet still comfortable and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place for trip with friends

We stayed at the house for a trip to meet up with old friends. We cooked and hung out at the house, and it was great and very comfortable. The outdoor adirondack chairs were especially nice. The location was convenient to the beach as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Fun for the whole family

This vacation property was amazing for our family. We booked for 5 days for September 13-18, 2024. The property looks a bit small from the exterior but don't let the initial presentation fool you. Plenty of room for a large family or two. The theatre is a nice touch and multitude of outdoor games is great for all ages. The yard is clean, well maintained, fenced in and the lanai is a great feature. Pool is comfortable, not too deep around maybe 4-5ft max at its deepest. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of dinning space, outdoor grill and the living room is comfortable and leaves room for entertainment. A full garage is ready to store anything and the ability to wash clothes is great for extended travel. Furniture is all very clean and comfortable, A/C worked great and the beds were all very comfortable. The water pressure is decent in all bathrooms and we were very happy with our stay. Our host was very responsive and helpful, overall we couldn't be happier. Our only complaint is we couldn't stay longer. The location to the beach, grocery stores and the Tampa/Clearwater areas is very convenient. You won't be disappointed in choosing this home for your family vacation.

House generously stocked with toiletries, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, we didn’t need to buy any at all. We loved the cinema room and the pool inflatables. Garden toys were fun

Fantastic Property

This is one of the best stays that we've had. The yard is perfect - with the pool and all of the games. The layout of the home is great, with a bathroom for every bedroom. The entire family absolutely enjoyed our stay and we'll be back!

Family Vacation

The property was clean and very easy to get to. Very relaxing. Lots of games both inside and out for all ages. A small issue with the pool, but our host was very quick to rectify the issue.
