Close to everything downtown Dunedin. Rode our bikes to brewery's, restaurants etc. Just a little road noise during the night, but all was good.

Great accommodations and responsive host
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious, and in easy walking distance to downtown Dunedin. The host was exceptionally responsive, replying to all contacts promptly. The rental was well stocked for short or long-term use and we particularly appreciated the supply of extra towels, trash bags, TP, and paper towels. Every effort was made to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Anna is terrific!
