Our family had a great vacation while in Florida.. And, the house was an extra bonus to come back to. The pool was very clean and the house was spotless air was so cold after full day in the sun. One of the best houses I have stayed in. I would stay there again!

Amazing, kid-friendly house

This house exceeded my expectations! It was clean and so well stocked. From basic supplies (endless towels) to extras (Legos, coffee), this house had it all. My kids loved the pool and fenced-in yard with the swing set. We had to bride them to leave for the beach because they didn’t want to leave the house/pool! Our host, Morgan, was responsive, helpful, and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Winter getaway

The property is located in quiet neighborhood centerly located. The house has everything you need to make your vacation easy. The beds are so comfortable and the pack and play was an added bonus. The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil you could need and has supply of cooking essentials (salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc). Extra toilet paper and garbage bags were supplied as well. Plenty of towels are provided (bath and beach) and there was even a supply of sunscreen. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. Even though the weather was on the cool side (60’s for most of the time), the heated pool was used every day! There were pool toys and even arm floaties for the kids. The beach toys and chairs were great for our beach days. The game room was a lot of fun tool. Definitely a great house to rent if you have kids. Morgan was great to work with and checked in on us throughout our stay. Check in was easy and not much was expected of us at check out which was nice!

Wonderful place to stay

Morgan's property was an excellent fit for our family. The pool and floaties provided were awesome. Our 4 and 6 year old especially loved the swings in the backyard. The house and property were clean and perfect for a family. We also appreciated the easy communication with our host. Thank you for a beautiful place to make some everlasting family memories!

The Best Stay Ever!

I work for an airline and have traveled multiple times throughout my 20+ year career to various destinations. This one by far was one of the most amazing vacations ever. It was the first airplane and first beach trip for my granddaughter who had just turned 4 yes old. Me along with my 3 daughters and my granddaughter decided to rent a VRBO since there were so many of us traveling. We wanted to find a home that extra bedrooms, a nice covered pool and a fenced in yard where my granddaughter could run around and play. Wow…did we get that and so much more! Everything I was looking for and even a play area outside with a nice swing set and a game room inside the garage. Even a corn hole game. There were also beach chairs and coolers for us to use when we went to the beach. We had so much space in the home and there was never a dull moment. Morgan the host was wonderful! Her place is wonderful. She has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Me and my girls plan on staying here now every time we visit the Tampa/Clearwater area. Thank you Morgan for an amazing vacation! We can’t wait to go back. Linda D. Cincy USA

Peaceful Pinellas

Our stay was great, and the kids loved the screened-in pool and private play set in the back yard. This house is located in a neighborhood away from all of the busy traffic by the beach. We had a peaceful stay and are looking forward to staying again next year.

Wonderful Stay with our own pool!

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice and clean. We enjoyed the screened pool. It was conveniently located to the beach and plenty of grocery stores and other stores. There was plenty of towels and kitchen essentials. Thank you very much!

Great Family Spot

A quick weekend get-a-way for the family. Great pool and yard, good location, and house was perfect for us. My kids had a blast and actually wanted to go back to the house from the beach. Will stay here again if in the area!

Family vacation

This home is very clean and well stocked, with everything you might need for a week near the beaches. Our family spent many evenings playing in the pool and our kids enjoyed the game room. We typically stay on the beach, but I'm glad we chose this property instead, so we could spread out and relax after a busy day. We close a different beach daily! Thank you for a great stay!

Great Place

We enjoyed the home and especially the pool area. Pool area and yard worked very well for my family. Pool was used daily and the kids loved the playground set and the game room. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Close to shopping, beach and various restaurants. Owner was very good with communication and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely stay again. Had a great time!!

Great place to stay!!!!

This was an amazing spot for a vacation. We had five adults and 1 toddler and had enough room for everyone. The pool was absolutely perfect as was the playground. A great home base and close to the beach, grocery store, and lots of other great outings. Would definitely recommend!

Purr-fect Place!

In a frantic search to find a replacement for a rental that was cancelled on us due to the hurricane, we came across Morgan's property in Seminole. We are glad we did. She accommodated us and our cat, Opus. The screened-in patio was purr-fect for him and us. The heated pool was an added plus. Her rental, located in a residential area, is close to many restaurants and shopping centers. In addition, we were only 5 miles from Madeira Beach and minutes away from the beautiful trails in Lake Seminole Park. Morgan was always a phone call or a text away when we needed her assistance. Great place to have a great time in the Seminole area!

Comfortable Property

The house was great for our few days in Florida. The pool is a good size and the yard was wonderful for our grandchildren. Kitchen is well stocked which was fantastic for us. Neighborhood was great for walking around and sitting outside.

Adorable florida home for a staycation or family getaway

I'm a Florida native but needed a bigger space with a couple friends coming into town. A big perk was it being dog friendly as my friends wanted to meet my dogs. The yard is big and securely fenced. Bathrooms are big and bedrooms comfortable. It was convenient having a washer/dryer as well since we were leaving for a road trip after our stay. Would highly recommend and stay again. Owner is very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everyone was going well.

Everything about Paradise Oasis was lovely. Fully stocked with all that you need. Beds are super comfy and the pool was enjoyed everyday. This residence was super clean and the host’s communication was top notch!

Great Experience

Because of this property, my family (including our pups) truly had a fantastic vacation. Check-in was simple, the house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and we were a quick 15-20 (depending on traffic) minute drive to multiple beaches. The game room was a nice bonus and kept the little ones occupied every evening, after a full day in the sun. The shed was full of everything that you'd need for the beach and the fenced-in yard, pool and landscaping were very well- maintained. Our favorite nearby find was Pass-a-grille Beach where we found several restaurants, small boutiques and less congested areas to sit and play in the ocean. I highly recommended kayaking at Veterans Memorial Park (a 5 min drive) while you're in Seminole! Thank you Morgan for being so kind and letting my family enjoy your home for a week!

Lovely place!

Very clean, enjoyed the heated pool, host is very responsive. I liked the available fitness equipment. Lots of attention to detail. Great communication with check-in, during the stay, and check-out. Within driving distance of a lot of places. We went to Honeymoon Island State Park for the pups and Redington Shores. Didn't mind the drive at all. A great place for families. Pet-friendly was a plus. Would definitely return.
