We enjoyed our stay very much. We were able to walk everywhere. The beach was right there. The place was exactly what we were expecting. Very clean...pool was great..everyone around was very friendly.

Great communication. Easy parking. Room was clean and as expected. Small, but not a problem if you don’t plan on being in the room much. Great location with an easy walk to the beach. Pool was clean and a perfect spot to relax in the afternoon.

The property was clean and ready to go. The AC was a little week for us and I would have loved to have a larger frig and a table. Also the water pressure was very poor. It was our first time renting an vrbo and we learned alot on what to look for future renting. Overall it worked but for us a little more room.

Spring Break stay was great

Staff was amazing, great communication, great location, clean, easy access to food, bars and the Beach. No Kitchen or dining area in our condo but if you don’t need that this is an amazing place to stay.

Conveniently located - FREE parking

Pros: Conveniently located, clean 2 bedroom unit walking distance to downtown Clearwater and beach. There is a small shed in the complex with beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow. Beds were very comfy and both bath and beach towels supplied as well as hairdryer and iron available. FREE parking was a plus. Easy contactless checkin. Antoni was an excellent communicator. Cons: It was a bit smaller than expected with only beds and 1 chair to sit on. There is no washer and dryer IN UNIT. I think it is somewhere nearby. It is similar to a hotel as there is no kitchen, only microwave and fridge (but is mentioned in description).

Great location, nice Establishment

The location of the room was perfect, we were 2 blocks from the beach (really just crossing over the street) and close enough to downtown Clearwater Beach to walk over for dinner or drinks. The living room and kitchen were larger than the picture does them justice. The rooms were perfect for a family of 4. The heated pool and outdoor shower were excellent after a day at the beach. Parking was not a problem when we had visitors. Property manager was a pleasure to work with while booking and checking in. Would definitely try to stay here again the next time we come down.

Great stay at Monaco

This was a great room very comfortable and right next to the beach. Antoni my host was very hospitable and professional. Our all around trip was great I would recommend the Monaco to anyone who wants a great affordable time.
