Birthday in the Lou

If you have a special event in St Louis, or an extended vacation, this is your place! Centrally located to downtown activites, Soulard, Forest Park. The space has 360 views and PLENTY of space for friends and family. Rooftop features a hot tub, pool, and great pool house, which could be its own destination. We will definitely stay here again when visiting St Louis.

Great for family spending time together! So much space for all the things!

This place was so amazing! My family, including my family of 6, my parents, my sisters’ families, could not believe how much space there was and how many amenities were included. You never know when renting a VRBO place how much is actually included but this place exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, utensils, spices, etc.. that we needed to cook the big family meals together. The pool space was amazing as there was indoor/outdoor space to hang out up there with a full kitchen up there as well for all our drinks and snacks! Mitch was wonderful in helping us with any little thing that we needed. As a new listing there are a few kinks that still need to be worked out but I’m sure they’ll figure it all out! The only drawback is the neighborhood at night isn’t the safest but being in the Penthouse we all felt very safe. Since we were there right before the 4th of July, I’m assuming some of the noise, besides the fireworks right outside our windows, literally, was due to it being a holiday weekend. Police presence helped in making us feel safe. During the day was fine, and you’ll have the craziness in any larger downtown city area. Don’t let that deter you from staying at this amazing place! We Ubered to the Cardinals game and back which was really easy. Our Instacart order was delivered right to the front door and we took it right up the elevator. The building is very secure and parking is underneath right next to the elevator!

Great place, great location

We are a family of 11 - 7 adults, 4 children. There was plenty of space! The location was great. The condo and furnishings are beautiful. The pool was a big hit and the poolside seating and kitchen are fabulous. Greatly appreciated Kimberly’s help pre arrival, so that all of us could enjoy dinner at one table. Mitch is a maintenance king, addressing a few issues after arrival. The whole team was very responsive and friendly. This condo was part of creating a fun, relaxed, memorable family weekend.

The Best!!

My friends and O stayed at this property for 7 nights. We use St. Louis properties nearly every month. This one is pricey, but it's the best that we have ever uses. From the location to the property and all of its amazing amenities, this one crushes all others.

Amazing stay!!

Stay was wonderful. Penthouse was very large, very welcoming, and beautiful amenities. Decor was top tier & the place was very spacious! Would definitely recommend staying at this luxury lovely place when visiting St. Louis! Pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, and Spacious Clean rooms was my favorite part of our stay. Multiple living rooms, and a lot of entertainment inside this one of a kind penthouse. Stay here you will love it and won’t regret it! 10/10
