The home boasts 4 nicely appointed bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level and 1 bedroom and a full bath at the ground level. Ground level area only accessible by separate ground level entry that is accessed by the exterior stairs. Large laundry room at ground level with an extra full size refrigerator. The stunning open floor plan has vaulted ceilings, beautiful outdoor entertaining area, teak dining table and chairs, swing bed, 8 person hot tub and retractable door to close off the area for privacy. Large covered porch and sun deck are complete with rockers, and a perfect place to kick back with your favorite drink while watching the dolphins play in the surf.

BEDS: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins, 1 double/single bunk, 1 sleeper sofa
