This single-story home sits near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a working class neighborhood, allowing you to avoid the noise of through-traffic when relaxing in the outdoor spaces. Enjoy a fully fenced backyard where your dog can roam free, a covered back porch, and an outdoor dining set where you can gather for breezy lunches in the shelter of the sun shade. In the evenings, watch spectacular sunsets color the night sky as you tell stories and roast marshmallows around the firepit.

Inside, the house is open, uncluttered, and centrally air-conditioned, with modern pieces of art and decor that catch your eye at every turn. Conveniently located near highway, St Augustine Beach and downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the bunk room for kids. Pet friendly, so thankful for the dog crate. Home can accommodate a big group
